This phone number called my husband's cell. A woman who identified herself as Valerie Thompson left a rather long message.  She sounded very official  and  she left a  message that made it seem that an individual whose name she left was in big trouble and he or his lawyer better call this number immediately.  Then she warned that if my husband (whose last name she didn't seem to know) didn't respond in "24 to 48" this would be taken to mean that his number was a valid contact for this person.  Pretty scary.  He's not calling back.  We never even heard the guy's name before.

This number has called my job and other relatives asking for me. They have never called me. It appears to be a hoax.

The validation of garnishment is set up in the enforcement phase when the garnished third party does not fulfill the obligations that he is held by in order to carry out the garnishment or when instead of recording the garnished amount of money he released it to the debtor. The practical relevance of such a measure manifests in those situations when the debtor does not hold money or assets that would entirely cover the debt. In this context, the problem of garnishment validation, lenghtly analyzed over the time from the perspective of the civil procedure Code, requires a present analyses in the light of the new civil procedure Code.

A jurisprudential solution that we will critically analyze in the paper refers to the position adopted by some courts that rule the suspension of the judgement for the validation of the garnishment brought by the creditor against the garnished third party – that did not respect the conditions of the garnishment – in those situations where the debtor finds itsself in bankrupcy

This number called my job and the man that called said that his name was Bob Calvin, he said that he was a Fairfax County Processor and that a warrant would be issued for my arrest. I am a Law Enforcement Officer and how dear he do this. lol. But is all a hoax and a fishing scam.

I received the same call by Bob Calvin.  He has called my job and spoke to my boss, he has call the VP of my company, and he also called my HR department.  It is getting really out of hand.  He has called my job this morning already about 7 times... He could cause me to loose my job...So bold.  Does anyone have a real contact name and number for this company
