They called my cell phone and did not leave a message

Called and left a message that my "case" had been escalated and to call them back immediately.  No company name or what the case was about - probably another scam.

They contact my in-laws but left no name just to call back it was urgent! I'm in a totally different state! How did they get that information?
I called the number with ext.1236179 was some bogus message but no person on line

This collection agency keeps calling & asking for someone who does not live here. My guess is that a person who has really has a delinquent account has entered a wrong number on purpose and which is a fraudulent action.

Just another collector for  long ago paid off bill; typical behavior of Blair to force retain cusomers who will not buy from BLAIIR anymore due to the illegal practices of BLAIR.

Called and left a message in a threatening phone message to call back by 3pm today. Extension  was 1275066. Don't appreciate this sort of thing and I am not even the person they are trying to contact.

I am 60 years old and they called my big brother and left a threatening message on his phone and he lives 700 miles from me!! I do owe to Christopher & Banks. Wrote them a nice letter why I could not pay currently (cant work and have cancer) I have talked to someone there and they are willing to accept $10 month. So this is very in-appropiate on behalf of comenity bank if this is their idea of customer service. Lousy lynch pins!! GTH!!

Sounded like a Ms. Reese from Community (Comenity?) Capital Bank, saying she was trying to reach our neighbor (whom she named) regarding an urgent business matter. Not credible and a little creepy.

they called my mother i live in a different state, they said it was important.  call immediately

I received a call from 855-334-4197 ext. 1275188 I believe she said Ms. Madison of Solutions ~on a home phone that hasn't ever been registered to me FOR MY 48 year old daughter.  Really?  How in the world did they get that number?  She said "I'm not sure if this is the right number to contact (   ) but if not it would be in YOUR BEST INTEREST to contact me immediately regarding this financial matter.  Look lady I'm pretty sure you violated HIPPA law by leaving a detailed vm on an unknown phone and are subject to a law suit.  My daughter says she has received NO calls at her number but her son has received one on his cell phone.

They ask for Joshua Baird (not my name), says her name is Miss Davis, calling from Comenity Bank.  Gives this number and a direct extension of 127605.  Oddly, they called at 9:30 pm and the message they left said they were in the office till 6:30 eastern.  Go figure.  Someone obviously put my number on their credit card account or something and now haven't paid their bill.
