Missed call, no voicemail

This is a scammer company pretending to be Comenity Bank

"Monica" called and frightened my elderly mother in a message for someone else. When Mother told her they had the wrong number and not to call anymore, the lady began asking if she knew so in so, another name not hers. Mother told her she doesn't want whatever they are selling and hung up. I am angry they upset Mother.

message received today  from above #  (caller id says "anonymous"). Message is for a person I have never heard of. Caller says he is "Specialist Felix" and needs to hear back today "while there are still options available to you" or "will be forced to make a decision that will directly affect you"   I believe I remember receiving a similarly worded message for the same person several times more than a year ago.  I will not be returning this call.

Call me sounded threatening demanding a call today but it was for somebody else they blocked their number

Just received the same call. Very threatening and demanding if this was a legit debt collector I would not want to speak with them.

Called again for someone who doesn't live here. I have asked them not to call again but this is the third time.

Have been calling me for MONTHS asking for the same individual by a name that is not me. They never provide a name of the company from which they are calling which is very suspicious. Always very threatening and it is a different person calling each time. Very sick of it.

This is the BEST site for this type of info! Just received a message looking for someone of similar name, saying it was a "timely message" & Must be called back right away... Wouldn't say their business & it showed up as "private caller" on caller ID. Funny thing is- I am not listed in ANY phone directory under my name, so I will not be calling them back, thanks to the shared info here. I will update if they call again. Thanks to contributors & those running this website :)

Some scripted call with  fake collection. Get real jobs and stop stealing .

Recieved a call from Paula at 855 334 4198 ext 1266012. We have no business with Comenity Back. Definitely a scam. The call was threatening & vile. Blocked the number & reported it.

I hope there is a special place in hell for these people that scam the elderly.

They called asking me to call then back to discuss my options they sounded so fake

Called me at 5pm on a Sunday asking me to call them back to discuss my personal business matter and to see what options I have ext was 1226428..I called back and spoke to Ms Harper told her I know this is scam and that not to call back I notified the police already...Rot in hell scammers

Called left VM on my daughter's phone looking for me several times, threatening me to call before got worse, supposedly from Commenity Bank this recent one didn't say from where just that it was a business matter.

That same person called me an hour ago talking about my aunt and said the exact same thing that you posted

Called for someone not me and said to call back or the decision will be made for me. No company name. Never called back.

Left VM looking for my sister. No ID on my phone. "Urgent matter that will affect you. Must hear back today." Vague and urgent? Scam.

Just left a VM asking to talk about my niece. My niece had no idea what this would be about so I checked here.  Thanks for all the info!  I will not be calling back
