Caller left voicemail stating that someone with my social security number and other ID had taken out a payday loan for $500 that was not paid on time, and that if I didn't pay it, they would issue a summons for my arrest. My wife answered the voicemail and called them back. A woman named "Andrea" started phishing for her bank account info. This is a very threatening scam that my wife almost gave into. By opening up with "You are the victim of identity theft," the caller really gets you off guard. Then comes the threat that you will be summoned to court - or worse. It's no wonder that victims fall for this scam. Beware.

Got voicemail saying this was a final call...as if they have been calling saying I need to call back or they would track my address and work location to serve me. It was like a Robo call. The person said they were Mark Wallace but no other information then a auto name said my name.

I got the same call with the person who was real and then when it came to the name of the intended it was a robo generated name.
Not sure why they where calling but they said the same thing as the other people who got this message.

I received the same call from the Mark wallace, I called back then they perceived to telling information about myself which was a mixture of previous and current information it was very inconsistent.  When I ask what was this loan for or the company Kimberly Jones started to get mad and gave me an attitude.  I was told if I didn't pay within 24 hours I would be sent to court.

How did you guys fix this issue?

I received a call from Mark Wallace stating that there was a legal document being served to me at home or work.
I called back and got voice-mail that you could not leave
A message.
The message sounded like a real person but my name was said in a Robot voice.

I got the same call from "Mark Wallace" 03-16 and 03-18.

I also received a call from this number at my office with the same type of message, except the beginning of my message was cut off so I did not get the man's name, or the company he was calling for.  It notified me that the call was serving as my final notice by phone.
