Got a call from 855-339-4453 trying to "serve papers" to my daughter who is a minor!!!!!  Better not happen again.

Has only called me once, but has called my friends several times a day regarding me.  I called them, told them I was recording the call because by law they are not allowed to contact friends once they have confirmed my number and address.  He said he was recording the call, I said Good, we both are.  He told me I am not allowed to record it, and he hung up.  Some scam, but, they will contact all of your friends either on myspace or facebook or your email contacts...

Called, stated that he was calling from the court house about a summons, gave a case number. Debt collector using strong arm tactics, aimed at friends and family to pressure action.

He did the same to me....although he was not calling me....he was calling a friend and said he was a process server and would serve the papers in 24 hours if he did not hear from the friend.....I think that should be against the law...my friend was trying to pay the bill but could not get hold of anyone.......

They did the same to me! They even called my work when I was out of the day and I received an e-mail from my company about a suspicious call. This is illegal! They called my home and said I was "evading the Deputy". How do I report a situation like this?

Several people at this company called me. On 11/8/2013 they called me at work when I was off that day. This is a copy of the e-mail I received from my company.
I received a call form Monica with Colorado Processing and Services. She probably shouldn’t have given me any details, but it sounds like they are trying to serve you with papers. I told her I would pass on the phone number and case number. I also informed her that no one is allowed in the building unless they are an employee.  The phone number is 855 339 4453 and the case number is CO********.
3 days ago they called me at home and said I was evading the "deputy".
