Bill collector who has the wrong person and will not leave me alone. Called me 25 times in 4 hours time periond

This person calls all the time. does not leave message.

when called back - it went to VM - whatever...

They call me 20 times a day every day for 2 weeks now no joke. Saying I owe money on outstanding debts. But, I KNOW I DON'T. Because i know what debt I have and i pay on it every month. Not behind on anything. I think it's a scam to get my credit card info. DO NOT answer these calls. They are scammers out to get you. They will lie and say you will be arrested. But you won't they are just trying to scare you into giving them your credit card number. PLEASE stay aware.

calls everyday,no message..call back and its not a workin number???

This number called my handicaped aunt saying she owned them money. My aunt did not understand what they was trying to tell her. My aunt put me on the phone and I asked she would not give me any informatin not even her name or company. To make this sort I did call back the first thing I asked was for her name and company she worked for. she mumbuled Converganent  and her name was Natasha then she said "Wait didn't I just talk to you?" and hung up in me.

I got this phone call every day.  The number is 855-343-7888.  I want to report that is abuse phone calls

VERY rude people! They called asking for  my dad & when I gave them a call back they said they needed to speak directly to him. But since he doesn't have a phone at this time, I told them to get HIS phone number. Wouldn't give any information & they are super annoying. I did my research like always & found out that they're a collection agency & do other stuff. I'm pretty sure the person he's looking for is someone who happens to have the same name as my dad. We recently found out that he' has some debts under his name because of a mistake.

They call every 10 minutes for 2 hours now and won't leave a message

These turds called me today.  Thanks to all of the comments posted on this site, I knew they were scammers.  I don't owe anything to anyone, am on the DNC List.  Looks like another number is being added to my "Call Blocking" list.

These people call and then put you on hold forever....don't know who they are or what they want...no way to identify them because they never come to the phone.....just put me on hold.

Called me at work from info on my Facebook page. From LVNV Funding (Triad) is who the collector said she worked for. They are scum sucking bottom feeders. She was trying to collect a debt from 1999, which is far past the statute of limitations for any state. I told her if she ever called me again I would sue her a&#@ off and that I have turned them in to the Texas Atty General and the Federal Trade Commission. When I demanded their mailing address to send a cease and desist letter, she said she would take me off their list. Doubt it.....She said her name was Wanda Ballard.

They try to collect debts that are past the statute of limitations. Go to www.budhibbs.com to further read about these practices and see what others are saying!

Bottom line-----demand their address for a cease and desist letter....if they won't give it to you, they have violated the FTC Fair Debt Collections Act so file a complaint.....

harassing calls

We get calls from this number several times a day. There is usually a recording asking if we want to refinance our mortgage.  There is no option to opt of of getting calls from this number.  We are on the no call registry so I don't understand why we are getting calls from this number.

These people are up to some kind of Scam. I have no debt that is unpaid sooo. They call several times and don't leave a VM. Also when answering it goes to an auto answering system with some english accent womans voice. Then when you finally get a person they want to ask you questions but will not answer any of yours like whom you are speeking to and what company they work for. They will just hang up. How does this scam work anyway? Not impressed. . .

These folks just called me, said something about some past bill...yeah right credit score in 800"s ....asked for the last four of my social and I said you are calling me, you have my info....click, they hung up.

These people are not to be believed. First, they called with a recoding that asked for me, but was using my ex-last name, ex for 19 years. So I hit the 1 button like it said to, and the machine hung up on me. So I called the number back, it placed me on hold and then hung up on me. I called it back, mainly because now I'm pissed. The lady starts in on me asking me to verify my current address. I tell her "but how can I can I know what address so you have for me, when you have my name wrong?". we go around and around a few more times when she hangs up on me.

They called us today, May 7th, 2012.  Put us on hold then the person came on the line and asked to confirm our name and give them a Social Security # and hung up when we asked who they were.  We called back and spoke to someone who said their name was Albert Basile and that they worked for a company named Convergent Outsourcing and they were calling on behalf of Bank of America.  We called B of A and they do not use this company.  MUST BE A SCAM.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.  I suggest if they keep calling to let them know you have their name and will sue them for harassment if they continue to call and to be put on a no call list.
