My Mom got a call from these folks.  The phone number you mentioned is the one they gave her to call "if she has any questions".   She was worried about it and called me.  So I called the number, and after about 5 min. on hold, I got someone.   I asked them what was the name of their company and they said they were "US Health Care".   Checked around on BBB.org, there is one US Health Care that falls under the Aetna insurance company, but there were others that came up on the list as well that may be using the same name, so I'm still not sure who this is.   I contacted Directory Assistance and they had no entry for the number.

This phone number called me and left message, my family members, my work...saying they had "2 complaints" against me and I needed to call immediately.

getting threaten calls. does not identify who they are.

I have made two payments with this company now they want a third and final pAyment... I don't have it should i just tell them to leave me Alone?

Keep calling something about home improvements. Can't answer questions as to who they are employed by, don't seem to have any clue. What a waste of time. Told them not to call here not to waste time. Think they must be paid per call regardless of response they get.

I received a call from this number.  The caller asked if my business accepts credit cards.  I told him i don't even have a business this is a private number

Called me on 7/22 saying she was Pat Scott with Dept of Legal Services but not legal services for who.  Says I owe money but didnt say who to or what amount on message.  I am not calling back, scam.  Legitimate collectors send paperwork, identify themselves and their companies and dont threaten or harass.

This number has called me twice. The lady gives her name and says she is with the department of legal services. Then she says that I need to either myself or my attorney call the magistrates office. She also adds that I have received my papers in the mail, which I haven't. Just beware of these calls. One day I received calls from another number but they ask for another person, then they started to tell me that I owed money to them. They are out to stick who they can but they aren't getting me. There is no telling how many people they have suckered into giving them money.

Says her name is Debra Cabanor from Legal Processing Service. Claims I have committed fraudulent  charges from a previous bank account and that I may be apprehended regarding this matter. Uses a case number for reference and claims that I was sent notification of this case to a former address. When I called the voicemail said it was JP and Associates. From the other posts I would say this is a scam that uses a very professional sounding person and uses scare tactics to get you to give money.  

This company called and left a voicemail threating legal action. I called them back and found they were looking for a person I do not know.  The lady tried to act like I was lying.

I've been getting collection calls from several diferent agencies for a least a year for this person.  I'm fed up with this.  How can I get these calls to stop?
