I got a call from 985-825-5016. The caller ID showed it was from Lousianna. The man on the phone with an Indian accent said that he was from "Tech Support" and that my windows computer was generating error messages. He was calling to fix. I decided to play along. He told me to go to my computer and open the RUN function. I pretended to do so and played along.Then he told me to enter some instructions that seemed to be allowing him remote access to my computer. Eventually I told him that my internet had gone down. I asked for a call back number and he gave me 855-384-9273.  He said it was a toll free number back to him. I looked up that number and it too was linked to these same people with the same scam.    

A few calls over the last few weeks. They say they notice alerts sent by my computer to Microsoft and they, calling themselves "TECH HOTLINE' in "Las Vegas" and I should be at my 'ON' computer so the can help me. Said they were
separate from Msoft but they would "HELP" me fix the problem. I wanted verification and "STEVE WILSON" a
Philipino sounding person gave me the 8333849273 # which I called and talked to a philipino sounding woman who said Steve was at an upstairs area. Steve gave me a call back from (525)166-0255 which is disconnected when I call back after BLASTING THE F**K OUT OF STEVE. I then got a call from a guy who said he was from Microsoft from
(323)265-9875 which was a disconnect when I called back. What are these idiots doing? I will never do give any info.
I believe NADA of this crap. I do NO business or buying on-line, so why bother? The calls above took place on 8/28/2014 from about 11:40 AM to 1:30 PM. I told them I was contacting the FBI and I got hang ups. Would Microsoft be interested so as to put geeks to work combatting these [***]?
