who is this number

this is a debit collector - and they use scare tactics.  don't answer!

I got three calls yesterday at work from this number. The woman calling said she was Mary Jo Walsh was with the NECC. What is the NECC? She left messages with two different people at my job who both told her I was not working and would not be back until August. They asked both ladies for my cell number and of course they refused to give it out.

I recieved the same call. At first I didnt answer. then when I answered they said that I could get a summons against me I said yea rite ok. Then about 2 months later I recieved a information supeona in the mail of course i didnt response I thought it was a joke until the local sheriff came out to my house and took me to civil court it was a civil warrant. Now I didnt spend a nite in jail but the whole ordeal was very bad for a payday loan. The bad part about it was the dam people for the payday loan is still calling me even after I paid it.

They are calling me as well.  The person who called said her name was Mrs. Hogan 855-385-2091 extension #305.  she would not tell me the name of the company, what the call was regarding, etc.  I asked for information to be mailed to be which it has not been.  She said they sent several cooresponcdence to me but I have yet to see any.

Marsha, I find that hard to believe.   Did they ever provide you paper work in the mail regarding your debt?  Did they provide you debt validation?  I seriously doubt that the sheriffs office came to your house to take you to civil court.  You also said that you are still being called about the same payday loan which makes me believe that this company never owned the debt.  

Personally I think you work for the company or you are a moron.

Subpoenas don't come in the mail.

This same phone number called me today saying that my husband will be charged federally.  We filed for bankruptcy in 2009 and these creditors were informed of this.  My lawyer just got off the phone with someone named Chris Jordan.  He told my lawyer that our laws in the US don't apply to him and the company he is collecting for which is Cashnet.  My lawyer told him that he was full of [***] and if he called me again they will be taken before a federal judge.  Lovely...

Thanks!  Chris Jordan just called me and said that I would need 2 forms of ID and that 3 charges are being filed against me. They are supposedly coming out o my place of employment.  I will just wait it out and pray for the best.  Thanks for this information.

Chris Jordan called me too. I advised him of the Federal Trade Commission. You can file a complaint againstthese people. Using scare tactics and misrepresenting themselves is an illegal debt collection practice.

I received the same voice mail message from Chris Jordan stating that under federal law in a county I don't even live in anymore I am facing 3 charges and someone will be out to my house or my place of employment and I will need 2 forms of ID, and if they come to my place of employment, I must have my supervisor there as a witness. This is such an illegal scam, but Chris Jordan was nice enough to wish me luck. He should have been smart enough not to leave an illegal message like that on my voice mail. Sounds like he's the one who is going to need the luck now!

You are correct Summons do not come in the mail and the sheriff does not come out to take you to court. Marsha you must work for this company...nice try. Try your threat tactics somewhere else. Trying working for reputable people and stop hiding behind of phone with your empty threats.  My reply to you is my and my attorney will meet you on the Court House Steps right after he files his complaint against you and your illegal company and tactics.

I just got a call from Chris Jordan 8553852091 ext 302. & HE promised that the courts are coming after me to ARREST ME AT HOME OR MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT.  WHAT KIND OF HELP CAN I GET?

they claimed to be a Legal Outsource  trying to tell me I was getting sued from a Payday Loan from 2008  connected me to a very snotty women named Hilary claiming I owed3600 but if I paid her 4543.00 today she would dismiss the case-I contacted my attorney and she said it was false

they did the same to me
