Caller left a message on my answering machine.  Provided no name, but stated that I should call 855-393-3793, to find out who was suing me.
Next call, was for me to call  the above number immediately, to avoid a contempt of court violation.
Excuse me, doesn't the sheriff's office deliver summons, for litigation?
No persons name, or reference to any legitimate legal office for verification of origin.

Wow just got a similiar call, i answered they said i owed 2000 for a check written back in 2007. I asked who did i write that check to, he told me im being sued for that about plus all court cost, however if im willing to settle now he could reduce that.... 1st ive never ever written a check for 2k..... second its taken 6years.  I told him to handle his business, im not paying a dang thing....

Caller identified themselves as Olivia Weston. Said she had a summons in hand and would be delivering it to my home and/or workplace within 24-48 hrs and to have 2 forms of ID in hand or alert the workplace that she would be coming. If I had ???, she instructed me  to call the filing party at 855-393-3793. I have no clue what this is about, do not intend to call the number, am 67 yrs old and dealing with a current heart condition, I'm not employed, and I do intend to report this to my local authorities. The message was left on my answerphone, however the caller did not ask for anyone by name. I did not erase the call as I want the authorities to hear it. The caller ID number was " Out of Area 00-000".

They called and left a message saying that they would serve me within 48 hours either at my home or work. The message left was from an Olivia Watson.  Advised me to have two forms of ID and that I would neet to have a witness present if the summons was served to him at work. If I had any questions that I should call 855-393-3793.When he called the number is was Swanson Walker & Associates Inc.
My husband got spooked. He called and the said he owed a bunch of money for a credit card that he had way back in 2003. We are sure the bill had been paid several years ago. They told him that if he did not fax the proof of payment to them that he could go to jail. They said they were charging him with theft of a card, theft of goods and merchandise, and fraud. They claimed that he was being charged with this becuase he had secured these things with no intention of paying it back. It simply is not true. My husband already has a heart condition and this really stressed him out.

I recieved message from Olivia Weston, said she would be serving me in24-48 hrs...left a phone number so I called it,so rude man answered.He demanded my ss#, banking information and I refused to give him. He then said that he would have the cops show up to arrest me at work.He also asked me for the county, if he had filed a lawsuit he should know that.  I hung up and then checked BBB, this "business" has an F rating due to this type of actions in addition to trying to collect upon debt that is way way old and that can no longer be collected.  SCUM,

Olivia Watson from Legal Caring Services contacted my parents, who I have not lived with since 1999 and left the same threatening message for them as above.  I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau today and report them for harassment.

I got a call today from Olivia Weston saying that I had a credit card debt of almost $5,000.00 from 2003, that they were coming to my work and talk to my supervisor if I didnt make an arrangement with them today.  When I called them back, I talked to a guy named Victor Ambrose from SWANSON, WALKER AND ASSOCIATES, who talked to me soooo fast and with all these legal terminology that I had no idea what he was talking about.  I don't remember anything and of course I don't have proof of paying my credit cards back in 2003.  I have until tomorrow to come up with a payment arrangement or pay them $900.00 one payment or they will sue me in civil court.  I don't know what to do??? I don't remember anything about a credit card from 10 years ago, plus I don't have a credit card since 2003.  Why waiting 10 years to collect the money???

They called my parents looking for my wife saying they had a summons that would be served in 24 hours.
We have lived in a different state then my parents for fifteen yrs. So I called em back asked what its about they couldnt tell me anything unless i gave them a ss number i said no you called me saying you have a summons he was very rude stating that he was just going to serve me . I said ya know its a long drive to Iraq

These scammers are not usually from Iraq. They are from India and Pakistan. Funny though.

I received a call on my answering machine today from an Olivia Weston stating she had an affidavit for a cash advance in 2008. I called and talked to michael who said if i did not pay right now i would go to court and the First American Cash Advance has the right to triple the amount due. I went to the cash advance place and my loan has been paid off since 2007....even though walker and Swanson say the loan was from 2008? I'm so glad I didn't pay, the people at cash advance said it had to be a scam and showed my zero balance.
At the end of the conversation with the micheal guy, he stated "you sound like an intelligent woman, how can you be so nieve?" I yelled "do NOT insult me" and he hung up. Real lawyer-like. Ill see if Olivia shows up Tom.

Unfortunately I feel for it. I'm very pissed off at myself right now.  Luckly I only paid one payment and immediately had my credit card cancelled and told them they will not receive another.  They had all of my information correct and I thought it was a legitimate company.  I feel so stupid right now.  It won't happen again that's for sure. I'm already struggling as it is.  How can people live with themselves for doing something like this!!!!

By the way they identified themselves as Swanson and Walker and Associates.  Olivia left the original message about being served papers.  I called back and spoke with Victor and Danielle. The last person I spoke with was Ashley Miller.

this is the 2nd phone call from Olivia Weston. first time was from the 855 number. when I tried to call back from my cells recent call the phone number came up with 000-000-0000. now the same woman called and with a new number which is 213-271-9210 so beware of this scam number. tried to call that number back and its out of service. First thing I do whenever I get a call that seems odd is Google it. If pages like this one appear, confirms suspicions about fraud.

Second, go to your state's Attorney General's page and REPORT them!

Do not pay them a dime, this is a scam of some sort..They say you owe some company money from years ago. They say they want to serve you documents... On mine it was paid off years ago, I had proof they still call. If they knew where you live and work they would be there, and  not hassling you by phone.. They need to provide the proof that you owe something.

Please shut these scammers down, they are using a web site called Swansonwalker.com...They are trying to scam people for money or threaten you with legal action on really old debts that have been paid for. Some people do not remember and pay these crooks
