Calls all day

The person does not speak clear English and says that they are from Windows technical support, I hung up at that point and tried to call the number back and it was a Fax Machine

A male with an Indian accent calls 3 - 4 times/day from "Microsoft" technical support about our windows PC (we don't have one). We just hang up, but the calls continue. Told the caller today to stop calling, and he called back again about 5 minutes later! This is harassment.
Reported this and the number - 855-393-4343 to the Federal Trade Commission. They have a quick online Complaint Form. Please consider reporting these calls. It may help to catch these scammers.

The person does not speak clear English and says that they are from Windows technical support, and they had been seeing warning on my computer...I said REALLY  because I  don't have one and recording this 2 turn over 2 the FBI...He hung up...I ALSO HAVE 2 COMPUTER but I know it was a scam...we have block the number...

Scammer claims to call about a problem with the call recipient's computer. Pity the fool who falls for this scam.

Btw, the dropdown menu below has several options for call type including "debt collector", "prank call", and "telemarketer".  Why is there no option for "scam" or "thief"?

it called me and when I called it backall that happened was a loud screaching noise and it scared my friend so scared they cried who is this person and it was a unknown number

I get these too. A woman today. I know two phrases in Polish ("How are you?" and "Good day") and I keep repeating them. Then she said I obviously don't speak English and hung up. 😉

These clowns are scam artists.  And blocking the number won't help.  What you see as their number is not their real number.

They have called me about my Windows computer many, many times.  I don't have a Windows computer.

When answered, the party identified themselves as Windows Technical Department.  I said remove my name from your list and then I hung up.
