Bill Price called saying I won a 2015 ford explorer or 1 of 3 other prizes because I entered a contest at a mall or online.  Sounded like BS to me.  Not calling back

Received a phone message today from a Bill Russell - same deal as the other post here.  He stated that he was my prize director and that I had won a contest that I entered either online or at a shopping mall.  He congratulated me and told me I either won a 2015 Ford Navigator or one of three other prizes.  He also stated that he (or they, as he stated) had sent forms in the mail to my home address concerning the contest winning. but that I never replied to that, and that this call would be "their" last attempt to contact me regarding the prize.  The phone number given was this one listed above.  I have researched this "prize director" - this is a big-time scam.  Bill Russell has been known to use other toll-free numbers - some have been posted on this sight.  He never states that he is calling on behalf of a company or firm fronting the contest (big scam tip-off).  I have assumed that this man is "phishing" and I would advise everyone not to respond to him at all, ever.
