    This phone number 855-413-5002 is answered by foreign person (that has an Indian accent) who says he works for MicroSoft technical support to remove computer virus. He said he is located in the United Kingdom.  When I asked him why they were located in the UK, he hung up. I called the number on my screen because my computer had a virus I could not get out of.

    Guy w Indian accent  fooled me into installing software that gave access to my computer. He removed virus protection software, disabled my  computer, then offer to "fix " it for $300.
