This Company Helped me out tremendously in regards to a matter i totally forgot about

I was in a major crisis and they helped me out a lot, they were very helpful and understanding of my circumstances

At first I was ready to freaking flip but my caseworker Ms. Martin was really sweet. I am not currently working and she was empathetic to my situation and really worked with me!!

Didnt know what to do when I recieved this call...so i ignored this msg and calls. Eventually I was served at my job with a court date as promised. I didnt know what to do and couldnt afford an attorney. So I turned back to the caseworker Regina that had previously contacted me for help. The papers were filed but she still was able to help me out to gte the sistuation rectified quickly and affordably i have kids and a home to take care of also.  Thank god for them:)

You really should try answering, I ignored the call when I really should have been taking care of my responsibilities!

I was about to go mad from the calls to me and my family, until one day almost at my breaking point I returned the calls. I was blown away by the level of RESPECT that I was shown. I was able to get my issue resolved in a kind, yet firm and professional manor.

I am so sick of these people!!! If a company truly has a legitimate complaint, they would send me something in writing. If there were a real legal/criminal issue, they would be able to find me. I have worked in the same place for 5 years. Prior to that, I worked for the local police department for 3 years. I've been at the same address for over 10 years. This is a croc of bull and I wish the FTC would crack down on this mess.

It's quite obvious all of the previous postings on May 1 are from someone at that company. Please do not be taken in by that scam. They are a debt collection scam. They do not leave a name and they say they are looking for a defendant. Trust me, if you were a defendant of some court case, you would know. Unless you move every week, a decent server would have been able to deliver your court papers to you. Lots of people are getting calls from this number because these people are debt collection scammers. What they are doing is illegal and I hope you do not act scared and pay money to them because they are con artists.

I answered, there was no sound, no person, no recording... just silence for about 41 seconds then hung up.

I believe they got me today , after reading the comments here , I am closing my debit card, They are slayed to hit me for 100,00 in the morning, They sent me an e-mail , but little info. Wish me luck.

Caller says from mcgarland  and associates  no such company exist can't even Google anxiously a fraud

thye don't listen worth a crap when you tell them you don't know the person and they continue to pester you. When you call them and go postal on them they hang up, or get unprofessional. one person when she said let me look in to this case, I said frankly I don't care what its about quit calling me.. she replied with "woman, now you listen to me." there is no legitimate address they can give you and they threaten you.
