855 442 4902 called with this recorded message:
"This phone number has been reported for malicious activity.  To speak with an operator, press 1."
When I pressed 1 they hung up.

Other forums report this number may be associated with a scam.  "You owe money from a loan, and if you pay it today we'll drop the amount by 50%."  Threats of lawyers, and even jail.

I got the call from him I asked for a copy of any contract I singed they said no my lawyer  would have to get it I said ok your  address and he will be in touch lol no surprise no luck scam

Recieved two voice messages from 855-442-4902, saying that a complaint has been filed and linked to my cell number. I was given a contact, Johnathan Colby, with whom I'd need to call to review my rights and avoid court proceedings. It was a recorded message in a mans voice, not a robot voice.

A recorded message in a man's voice, said something about harassing calls.  said I needed to call Jonathan Colby (the big cheese that he is ) by Monday...........this man needs a better hobby.

Ignorant black woman burped in my ear and called me (a white country guy) "ghetto" when I called her out on it when I called the number to find out why they kept calling my house looking for my sister (with a different last name)!! Claimed my sister listed me as a reference.

It's a scam of some sort.
I yelled at her to remove me from the list until she hung up.

This is a collection agency who called me claiming they were representing RSV Equity Group regarding payday loans. They were trying to collect $1600.  Ms Price (fake name, I'm sure) hung up quickly when I said 'no thanks.'

this phone number has a  law suit filed against it .You need to call John Colby right away.All I have to say is get Bent and I will file a law suit myself.beside my phone is being monitored by my phone company with my permission.

Got a call no msg called back they have all info on me ssi number drivers license number addresses company I worked for from 07-09 trying to tell me I owe 1000 + dollars

I got a threatening call today with little explanation.  I answered and got a recording telling me to call them.  How strange?  They called me and I answered.  I am very suspicious.  I supposedly have something filed against me and need to CALL TODAY.  The recording mentions Jonathan Colby.  He actually states he is with the SS admin, a government agency.

Chances are, by pressing you, you authorize them to take money from you by charing your monthly bill.  You may see a charge on your monthly bill now.  They tell you to press 1 to talk to an opertor, or claim your prize, but you're really giving them "authorization" to scam you out of money.  You may see an unwanted charge on your bill that will be 'hard to dispute' since you "authorized the transaction"

NEVER, EVER PRESS 1. JUST HANG UP THE DAMN PHONE.

They call me 5 times a day and do not leave a message.  I called back and in middle of conversation they said recording call, I advised federal wire tap laws state both parties must be notified at beginning of call, and they stated they are turning tape of call over to NSA????  They are RSP Equity 2100 Parklake Drive, Suite E • Atlanta, GA 30345, http://www.rsbequitygroup.com. I filed a report with the FCC at fcc.gov.  These people are crazy and a scam or some kind of bill collector.  If they call file a complaint at fcc.com.

called my office phone left a very nasty, rude message....first of all they did not leave a name whom the was for, said they need a return phone call to 855-442-4902 as soon as possible very rude and nasty as I said before, but if he calls back again truly he will get it.....

Called 6 t times in 4 hrs. Always left the same threatening message. Call today or else. Nope.

A recorded message plays saying a debt is owed requiring immediate response.

I was given a link to the BBB from another website for this number. They go by RSB equity or Stellar Recovery. I have tried talking to them. They will not provide me any information. I reported them to BBB. Here are the links if anyone else would like to.
