I did get a call from them and they were actually nice and worked to help me resolve my outstanding debt with UoP..

I don't have debt.... they call me and wake me up at 8:20 am!!!! They aren't even looking for me... they won''t stop calling.. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are calling after 9pm.. isn't that illegal now?

This company keeps calling me at my office for a debt that I do not owe.  They refuse to stop callling my workplace even though I have threatened to take legal action.  I guess that I am going to be forced to do so any way because they are not reasonable people.  They cannot get it through their head that I am not the person they are looking for.  Absolutely rude and inconsiderate.

An Alina Sogo called said it was important that she got a hold of one my daughters. So I called back and she answered Alina Sogo (not sure of the spelling) but said it was important but could not tell me why or what company she worked for. her number and ext. was 855-464-3411   ext. 8572

This is GateStone Collections, they were known by another company name.  For anyone who needs to know, collectors can call between 8am and 9pm in the time zone you are in. if they call before or after that, they are in violation of the Credit Act.

I keep getting calls from this number -- when I do answer, they aren't clear as to what I owe and/or to whom. The voicemails left are utterly ridiculous; I can't even understand what they're saying!
Has anyone been able to get them to stop calling?
