I have been getting numerous calls from this number and we are on the do not call list.

I am getting at least 1 call a day from this number, and they are calling my work number, which I find strange. No one is on the other line and it doesn't disconnect until I hang up.

This number calls all day long from early morning until late at night, 7 days a week.
No one on line; I still try to say I'm on no call list.

Receiving calls from this no. after three rings they disconnect.  No message and no idea who is calling?
I do not want to receive these calls.  Who is calling?

As is the case with everyone on this post I am getting mutiple calls from this number.  Comcast, my phone service provider, does allow a limited number of phone numbers that can be blocked.  I will be adding this one to mine.

I am SICK and TIRED of these 855 prefixed #'s calling all hours of the day and night HOW CAN we STOP this???? why can't our phone companies that we pay service for HELP us put a stop to this????

Danny, I didn't know the phone company can block calls. Have you done this and does it work? I know the "Do NOT CALL" list does not work--tried it.

You can do it yourself.  Go to the front of your Directory or look at the manuel for your phone.  It will help you.

I just called the number back. A recording says it's the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and that they are doing their annual pledge drive.  If you stay on the phone long enough, it gives you the opportunity to opt out of these calls.  Who knows if it'll work or not, but I opted out.

I am getting this call also ( we are on do not call list). On the other end it just sounds like clicking, I hang up..do not stay on long enough for a recorded message to follow if one exists.  Will no longer answer this number.

I am tired of my 86 year old mother getting these calls.  Please stop.

I saw this number on caller ID and I picked it up. I said, "hello?" in a funny voice. No answer. Then I heard
some ugly (she sounded ugly, uglier than my funny voice) woman say hello twice. I said nothing, kept the line open until she hung up.

I like messing with these pigs. I hope they enjoy wasting their timed phone scam call quotas for nothing.

Relentless telemarketing from National Leukemia Society. Although I support them, I renounce their relentless telemarketing activities. Thanks for harassing me Leukemia Society... I WILL NEVER CONTRIBUTE TO YOUR ORGANIZATION... EVER... NEVER! I therefore am reporting them to the FCC for telephone harassment.

Do not want calls from unknowns and those who refuse to leave a message.

Unfortunately you won't get any help from the FCC on this number because it is a charitible organization which makes it exempt from the 'No Call List', so if you can't block it on your own phone you'll have to live with the calls.

I'm sick and tired of getting these calls from 855 numbers! I can't even call back cause they're calling my iPod app number! I don't care what "organization" it is, I don't want calls from here!

On the Do Not Call list. You know what that means? It means Do Not Call.

yes, it gives you the opportunity to be removed. They also say that Federal Law allows up to 30 days to be removed. So now I can look forward to another month of being awakened at 8:00 a.m.  I work nights, thanks everso much!
