Left voice mail message that he had a summons that would be delivered within the the next 24 - 48 hours either at home or work and telling us to be available to receive it and to have two forms of ID avaialble.  If we failed to sign for the summons it would result in a missed court appearance.  Also said we could call back at this number if we wanted to discuss the summons with the party who is initiating the summons.

If you 'phone back they will tell you that they can deal with the matter if you pay them a sum of money immediately and that the figure will be less than that being claimed on the summons.  All a pack of lies.  There is no summonsm, or court case they just want to steal your money and think that they can do this by frightening you. If they 'phone back tell them you will see them in court.  Once they find out that their scam hasn't worked they usually hang up.

I received an unknown call this morning that left me a voicemail stating his name was Ethan and he is with Priority Legal Caring Services and he has a summons for me. He stated that it would be served either at my home or place of employment. If served at employer, I would need to provide 2 types of ID and that either head of security or my supervisor would need to sign off as a witness. Stated that if I had any questions in regards to the summons, to call the Filing Party at (585) 267-5120. I googled the number and it shows up as a Wireless number with TMobile out of East Rochester, New York.

One night this strange unknown phone number just showed up on my screen and started ringing so I quickly hang up, but then it started calling again so I did the same thing I hang up and it went on and on for 20 minutes and then It stopped I was surprised why is kept on calling me. In the morning I woke up and saw a voice call on my phone so I pressed the voice mail and it started to swear and it was unexpected for me and then it the voice mail just ended and that's the last time I saw it

they were just being Annoying
