I just got a call from this number from a very fast talking person claiming to be a "Tony Baker" saying I am implicated as a accomplice in a check scam with several bad checks. I will not be giving them any personal information and if they want to sue, go right ahead!

When I called the number, it was ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY!

I have worked many years in Law enforcement and I can Guarantee you they do not talk fast and trip, repeatedly, over their words!

Obvious scam!

I got a call from this number too, they said they are allstate law firm...some sort of scam..

Got a call from a Tony Baker who know my name, where I lived and told me he was going to send a process server to my home to give me papers. Never said what it was pertaining to.Lft a msg saying that I would need to contact the above # with an ext to call and reference a certain case#, I had a chose to settle out of court or if he was not able to locate e he would proceed with court and come to my job and have a supervisor served in my behalf. These people are scum bags that are trying to scare people and get money from them that they do not owe. I am going to report them to the FCC and the co does not exist when you call the #. They call u from a unknown # 1st.When u call the # it says Libery and then the ext says something else.

I just recieved a call at work from from Greg Horowitz. He made accusations of breach of contract with some loan from 2008. I told him he had the wrong person, that I had no such loan.  I told him to send me the paperwork. He said he already did and would not do it again.  He said they sent it to a P.O. Box. I told him I do not have a PO box and never have had one. He argued with me, called me a liar and told me I had to get a lawyer. Finally he said the full name of the person he was trying to reach... it wasn't even my name. This idiot never even thought to verify I was the person he was looking for. Once I told him that was not my name.. he hung up on me.  Complete and total jerk. Reading all the comments on this site and others, it seems these guys are scammers.

Same thing happen i got a call from a Tony Murrarry !!    said i owe  them for a loan from several years and he was going to send me to parish prison !!  i said ok send me the info he hung up and i never heard from him !! but knew some of my info as well !!

Got a call from 'investigator' baker saying they received a fax fromcgs listing this as their number.  Didn't show number calling from, called three times in a row before leaving a message. Left some case number stating I was 'officially notified'.  A bunch of crap.
