Strange call

Mrs
. Brown from state filing agency.  Recorded message saying that they have received a papers associated with ss#.
Does cot say a specific name but goes on to say I have 240hours to return the call or my lawyer or they will send a locator to find me.  Funny thing though.  Got a phone call from this same lady 3 weeks ago.  Same message. Never returned the calls.  Think its a scam.  If one # doesn't work lets try another. If something serious I would be served or receive something in the mail. Not these threats to scare.

I got a call from same person over three weeks ago too. After calling the number back leaving her a message say not sure you were call for me since it wasn't real clear on who there were calling for she called me back from another number, I answered she ask for me and I let her know that it was I, she then started asking my address and I asked her what the call was all about and she then said she couldn't tell me until she could verified who I was. I then let her know I was the person she had called but she wanted more personal information and if I couldn't give it to her she would have to terminate the call. So I told her bye, then got another call to day same message same person. This is a big scam

Same exact message as this one with Mrs.Brown.  She tries to sound smart and uses her big words incorrectly.  If you don't know any better, you might believe her.   I think it is a scam.

Received a call from this # on my cell phone and they left a message that it was a Mr. Stern calling and after review of my case notes noticed that I've never called back to provide my statement. Asks me to call back and if I don't it will be noted as a refusal to cooperate and will be used against me with the state. Pretty sure this is a scam. Got several calls a few weeks agao very similar each time telling me I only had 24 hours before they put a tracker on me. But they kept repeatedly calling from various numbers.
