Received recorded message that it was my second notice, that all information was being added to my claim and I should return call to this number.  I have no knowledge of any claim or other reason for call.

this company helped me in so many diff ways i just wanted to thanks to them for helpin me get my issue cleared up with no problem and very reasonable

this co. needs to call at times when normal people are at home if they are legit They leave messages that leave you thinking you've done something wrong not cool!!!

Received 2 calls 2 days in a row leaving threatening messages about a payday loan. said they would work out  payment plan if I gave them a card since I did not have a bank account any longer. did fall for their threats somewhat , however gave them a card # for a prepaid card that only gets loaded when I need to, caught me at a moment when I had so much going on, then afterward (was working out in the field at a job site) something did not feel right. This is one reason have prepaid cards, now need to cancel this card even though is prepaid still sent in my name.

This company, Office of CDR & Associates, called my cell phone looking for someone other than myself. I explained that i could not take a message because both hands were tied up. The rep, Savannah , had such a nasty arrogant attitude, I told her not to call me back. The company then called my home!!! I again asked that they do not call me home and the guy refused to give his name and hung up on me.

they are looking for someone same last name unknown to me

i have been getting calls after calls from this company. they say i owe a debit and need to give them my banking information. I  have done tons of research and know for a fact in the state of California that if you owe a debit once they have contacted you they have to show you proof of that debit within 7 business days.

called and asked for spouse.  asked them why.  said they could not tell me.  then said it was in reference to a person named "........  ........."  Some sort of claim.  Spouse standing next to me, said never heard of that person, told this to the "Jim Jackson" who claimed to be calling.  He accused me of not cooperating and said that would be put in the file.  Told "jim jackson" not to call back again.  He got snotty.   Called the toll free number, asked to speak to supervisor of "jim Jackson", person who answerd phone said "okay" then disconnected.
Really a terrific firm.

I received a voicemail from this company for the person who had my cell phone number before I did.  I politely called them back just to let them know that they person they call for no longer has that number.  They lady at extension 1013 then rudely said that the person they were calling for came up on their caller ID and then proceded to reference my number back.  I said that can't be because I've had this number for 6 months and that other person no longer has this number.  She then told me that I need to contact my cell phone carrier to get the name changed.  She flat out lied to me because I called myself at work and my name came up on the caller ID, not this other person they are trying to get a hold of.  I don't know if she was trying to scare me by saying this other person's number came up.  I was just trying to be helpful and all I got was rude.

Called our house asking for my son saying he owed money.He has no bills and owes nothing to no one they are after your money do not give them any information SCAM!!!!

Now they called my X husband saying he owed money for a pay day loan he has the same name as my son! HE lives 1200 miles away my husband has no loans either these people are a scam I called the cashnetusa people who they say the loan is from and they are now going to investagate these people!They told me they do not use CDR,and that they are a scam!

They call me 20 times a day!! Leave threatening messages.  I did take out a pay day loan, then lost my job. They are threatening with law suit, arrest ect...Said something along the lines of " infractions on your drivers license" They even called my landlord. Name of person calling is Jim Jackson. Can they have me arrested for not paying back a payday loan??????????

How are they a scam if they know everything about me, my drivers license, my landlords number, and payday loans? im extremely worried that a warrant will be issued for my arrest

2nd time They called my mother's number looking for my step daughter, I told them do not call this number the first time, that this was my mom's house and she has had no contact with my mom for 11 years and how did they get this fairly new number they mentioned it was on a form as a secondary number, I told them that is not trud and do not call here again.  I also mentioned that the first caller Jim Jackson did not leave a number so I was not able to pass the message. Mr Chase Walker then gave me this number.  I also asked him to not call again.  We will see what happens.

This company claims to be a collection agency but if you visit their website it has no contact information. I'm sorry but, real businesses want real business and allows customers to contact them via Phone or web! They provided no info! When I told the customer service rep that I would be reporting her to the police she got really defensive. One word: SCAM!!!!

They cannot have you arrested. It is not like you robbed a bank. Next time you call them....record the conbversation. You can then file a suit against them and they will owe you money then. It is against federal law for them to call and make false statements.

FAKE DEBT SCAM! DO NOT fall for it! they claim to be calling about a payday loan but they are fake!
