If you are receiving phone calls from TRS PLEASE READ THIS!!! I received a call from "UNAVAILABLE". Someone named Carrie Andrews from "Document Services" left a message for me to call 855-567-0897 and give the reference number she stated. I called the number, stated the ref. # and was connected to a Conner Bradley. He went on to say something about a credit card debt. The dates he gave were way off for any credit card dealings I might have had during that time period. The amount was larger than any credit limit I would have had. He said something about interest and fees causing the amount to be higher. He wanted payment immediately. Then said he would give me 24 hours. As the conversation went on he then said he would put a hold on it until Friday - this conversation was taking place on Wednesday. He suggested that I borrow the money. He threatened me with liens on my personal property. He stated that if it goes to court it would be much higher because of court costs and attorney fees. He said there would also be a handwriting analysis fee of $1300.00. I was baffled and confused by all this. He said if he didn't hear back from me by Friday he would proceed with a law suit.

I called this Conner Bradley back this morning. I asked if he is an attorney. He said no, but they had 155 attorneys in their network. I asked what the letters TRS stand for. He said it was the company name. I asked again what it stands for. He said "It has something to do with the founders of the company". I asked, "So, you don't know what those letters stand for or you are just refusing to tell me?". He became irritated, asking what other questions I have that he can take care of. I then asked for the TRS mailing address. He kept persistently asking me what questions I had. I told him I would like to send my questions in a letter and asked for address again. I asked for the address many times. He was refusing to give it. Finally, he started very rapidly spouting off an address...way too fast for me to write it down. All I got the first time was the street number. I asking him to repeat the name of the avenue. He repeated that address again very rapidly. I told him I did not understand the name of the avenue. Asked him to spell it. He repeated the name of the avenue, saying "just like it sounds.". I told him I did not ask him what it sounds like, I asked him to spell it. Finally, he spelled it. I asked him to repeat the remainder of the address. He said the whole address again very rapidly, but I knew he left off the suite # he originally said. I asked for the suite # and he finally told me.

During the time I was trying to get the address I decided to put him on speaker phone. He could tell I did this. As I was trying to get the address out of him he kept saying he could not hear me well and to please take him off speaker phone. I kept after him about the address. He was very upset about being on speaker phone. He said he couldn't hear me, there was a loud buzzing noise. My house was completely quiet. He seemed almost hysterical. I took him off speaker phone and asked him again about the address. He said again that he could not hear be because of a loud buzzing noise from being on speaker phone. I told him he was lying about the buzzing noise because I had already taken him off speaker phone and to please proceed with the address.

When I finally got the address out of him I repeated it back and him if that was correct. He refused to say if it was correct or not. Kept asking me what other questions I have. I persisted in getting him to acknowledge that the address he gave me was correct and he finally said "yes.". I thanked him. He had said during the whole 'speaker phone' thing, "It sounds like you have an attorney". He would ask me periodically, "Do you have an attorney?". He told me to have my attorney call him. Then said he was going to release my case for the law suit to go forward and the papers would go ahead and be served.

When I got off the phone I immediately looked up the address he gave me. It turns out to be an address for UPS in Riverside, California. Here is the complete address he gave and acknowledged to be the correct mailing address for TRS: 3380 La Sierra Ave., Suite 104, Riverside, CA 92503.

Needless to say, I will be taking further steps regarding this matter.
