They called our business after hours looking for an aquaintance.  Miss Brown left a message that they were Capital Management Associates and left a rather threatening type legal message for this person,  including a CASE NUMBER said to call back the Upholding Party Official.  I called the number and they immediately asked for my social security number.  I said I was not the person they were looking for.  I refused to give them any information about the aquaintance and said I would relay a message.  (When you initially call the number, you get a machine which says they are Capital Management Solutions ...They don't even know who they are).   We passed the information along to our friend and they said they googled the number and found out it is scam (the reverse phone number look up shows that this is a telemarketer).  We decided to do the same and report it.

they took me for almost 400.00 bucks  so now i am trying to get that money back .they threaten me that i would go to jail so they called  my friends and family said they same thing.they even said that they would serve me papers and go to jail at my job or home   so i hope you do not get taken like i did .
