they  said is a legal matter and you have to call a number and give report number

As another person states, it is someone saying they are a process server and that they need to serve legal documents. This is really just a collection agency.  Some of these companies are trying to act like process servers, perhaps to try to harass people and get around fair debt collection practices act requirements.  They are NOT a government agency as they tried to imply by stating they were "from the county" in a voicemail. I have no idea if they really intend to sue, but when I called them back and asked for the name of their firm and other information the suddenly shut up and wouldn't tell me anything.

so what was the outcome?

They told me that i will get a summons in a couple of days but got the v-mail on the 20th. Her name was stacy diez hamilton county ohio dispatch service when i called a man answered, thought  i had the wrong number called back a different man answered. I told them that i know about the debt the bank is across the street from me and i didnt get no paperwork about going to court. Gonna say im sorry and then laugh and saying ima lier about me driving cuz he gonna tell me one thing they will do is suspend my license but i dont drive and called me a lier. I never had that and i am non driver. They know my name,where i stay and the last 4 of my ssn. They even called my mom somehow and she got a government phone!! smh... I looked myself up. Nothing...
