It's a debt collector.

Yes they called my son and also called me. Said somebody had took a loan out in my name.

An actual person calling not a recording ,claiming that my ssn was used against Arkansas state law and commited check fraud.

Recieved a call about check fraud from investigator Wilkenson and she threatened to put out a warrant for me. Mumbled the company name though and would not give it. This didn't quite add up so I thought I'd check here first.

They shout and yell and talk over you when you ask for their address.  The only thing you can hear them say is that you owe money.  I applied for a payday loan from 10 Dollar Payday years ago and that was denied.  These folks are crooks ....

My daughter received a call.  It was a recorded message stating that her faither was being investigated for check fraud.  The message said to call and ask for Investigator Ross at extension 302.  I called and asked the person that answered what company this was.  He stated Kramer Wall, Law Firm.  I then asked to speak to Invetigator Ross.  The guy stated that he was in a meeting and would call me back.  I then decided to google the phone number and all these negative things came up.  I now know that they are crooks trying to scam you out of money.  I called back and Investigator Wilkinson answered.  I told her the company is a fraud and she said "No mam, the fraud is people forging checks in their clients names" and was getting very rude.  I hung up on her.  We will see if they call me back because they have caller id and get your phone number when you call them so just don't call them.

I had the same issue today w/Wilkerson she even threaten to come to my job and arrest me because she's asking for pymt without any proof

these people are so rude, they called my family telling them I'm under investigation for check fraud, I spoke with a woman calls herself investigator Washington, she's is extremely rude and condescending, humiliating me, telling me I was going to jail and they are prosecuting me. I was trying to get information about this she wouldn't assist me in any way, this is a major scam, if you won't give me information regarding some allegation for which i'm being investigated then why the hell do you bother trying to contact me???? these people are scum. When I tried giving her my information so they would stop the calls to my family she just kept talking, when I asked for the company information address fax number so my attorney can reach them she hung up.

Got a voice mail saying it was same thing as above, Kramer Law, regarding check fraud, but they were calling for a family member and gave me some case number and a direct extension (302) to call back. I called back and this Wilkerson woman said I needed to listen to the voice message again to get the proper case number and I asked her if I could just give her my number and she could look it up that way and she said she would need the case number. I then asked for extension 302 and she told me to hold on, I could hear her shuffling around, probably trying to cover the phone, and then got back on and said "We'll remove your number." I told her she had better and then hung up.  

THIS COMPANY WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, STATED THEY COULDNT GIVE ANY INFORMATION REGARDING MATTER BECAUSE COMPUTATION SYSTEM WAS DOWN, COULDNT TELL ME WHAT ATTORNEYS THEY SO CALLED REPRESENTED. THEY WERE UPSET WHEN I BEGAN TO ASK QUESTIONS AND I STATED THAT I WAS GOING TO STOP PAYMENT, THIS COMPANY IS A THIRD PARTY COLLECTION AGENCY AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY JURISDICTION TO PLACE ANYONE IN JAIL FOR A PAYDAY LOAN, THIS IS A CIVIL MATTER NOT A CRIMINAL MATTER. I FEEL CHEATED AND I THEN SPOKE WITH THE BANK AND I AM DISPUTING THESE PAYMENTS MADE AND I CANCELLED MY CARD SO THAT NO OTHER PAYMENTS CAN BE TAKEN OUT. THEY CHARGED  ME A TOTAL OF $1325.00, TO BE MADE IN  5 BI WEEKLY INSTALLMENTS.

I got a call from someone name Debra Keys. Claim I took out a loan for 761.00. But wouldn't tell me who the loan was with. I ask for her to send me paperwork,she got upset. I told her that I will call a lawyer she took me go a head. Still no information on the loan was given. Watch out for the scam. During the Christmas Holiday. Block this number on your phone,1-855-603-4126 ex 306.

These crooks get personal information from payday loan companies and have a lot of low life soft spoken out of work car salesmen or some Barry White sound alike voice Dudes who call themselves investigators or agents with some paralegal training trying to press their victims to do a quick payment arrangement over the phone. Once they get your bank account information you are dead meat. Report them to the FTC as soon as you get their massage.

Debt collected.. Called a business. The person she was looking for had been fired for 4 or 5 years.

We have gotten numerous call from them and they are looking for someone named Charles.  We told them it is the wrong number and yet they still call.  Today they called two times in an hour and when my husband told them they have the wrong number and to stop calling-Ms.Wilkerson started to get rude and talking over him. He told her to stop calling or he was going to get a lawyer,  She said he was going to jail and tried to trick him and called him the name of the person she was looking for and he told her that he was not this person and to stop calling.  She then said we must know the guy then if she had our number.  Rude and obnoxious so we are contacting our local attorney general.
