Received a call from the above number, do not know who this is?  Can you identify it for me

Can you identify the number above for me?

They identified themselves with Next Gen, a tech-support company hired by Microsoft.  Warned me about hackers trying to get into my computer and wanted to sell me network security for $299.00.

They are BAD news!!    I got a message on my laptop to call 1-844-277-9869 it said Norton has picked up a severe virus..
It wouldn't let close any tabs or windows.. So I called not realizing I have McAfee not Norton running.. That was clue #1.  Then I ask who are you working for tech support?  He said in an India accent Microsoft and Apple. That was clue  #2..
I hung up and  rebooted my laptop and ran McAfee and Malwarebites and what do you know nothing showed up..  I guess he was  going to access my screen remotely and steal my passwords and clean out my back account.  I am not that stupid.

He called back from 855-619-0707 and 844-330-6983

my neighbor had her computer lock up and got a message on her computer to call this number when she did she gave them access to remote connection with her computer and paid them $165 to fix it.  She received a call a few days later saying they need to refund her the money because it hadn't worked and that she needed to log into her bank account and do something.  This is a scam and they will put harmful spyware on your computer if you have allowed them on your computer take it to be fixed or they will steal your personal information.

I got called from this # after I cancelled there e check funds.
