It's the number from an email scam, you know the "inheritance type". What makes this interesting to me is the return email address at the top is using an fbi.gov domain, and gives the street address as well !

Also being used to impersonate the FBI.  Look at this email snippet:

I hope there is nobody who is that stupid as to fall for this scam.

The big question is why the real FBI doesn't trace the phone number and go after the criminals?
The answer is they are too busy monitoring their own innocent citizens.
