This company calls claiming that they have a court summons for unpaid debt.  This is a farce.  They do not have standing in a court of law to after two years have past.  The people are a joke.  Do not respond and block their phone number.  Also place your number on the national do not call list.  If they call you at work, this violates established laws in almost every state in the nation.  Just laugh and hang up.

Called my father trying to fish for info. Luckily my father did not have any of my information. Definitely a fishing scam!!!

These people called me 7 months ago, saying I owe a pass credit card, they even called my moms house, they wanted payment over the phone, and said I had 1 day to get the money or I would have a person come to my house that friday in the hours between 1-4 to be served with court papers, that never happend, now 8 months later just got a call with same people ...funny thing is this credit card was 10 years ago, just seems to fishy, I will not call them back !!!!!!!

Got a call from this number saying i was being sued unless i paid them today. What a joke. Ignore these people.

Call all the time I SUSPECT these are Intermediaries working out of bankers trash basket hoping to collect fees on debts the bank has already written off as a loss.

Try to scare you by saying they are process server...In my state all process servers have to post 100,000 dollar bond so hospital can collect if they get shot..so doubtful if they are even legal in the jurisdiction I reside in.

I pre screen all calls most are parasites that do not even have approval or authority To work on my accounts.

I made payment arrangements with Boston Block National Associates associated with this phone number thinking they were a valid collection agency.  For some reason I could not get a hold of them this month so I called the original credit card company they informed me this account has been sold a few time to different collection agencies and they informed me they have not received any payment from this agency I guess if they bought the account they would keep the money. Thinking I have been paying off account now I am thinking I have getting scram after reading all of the other reviews.  I have called my bank to see if they have any information they have no phone number assocted wiht bbna diffently rasing red flags in my head now.. I will be contacting my lawyer on this some how I will need to get my money back if I can I am so upset about this I am a smart person I should of know something was up when there payment letter was not on a business letter head just a print out on the computer.  I will be investigating this now I am out of a little over $300.00 I hope I am wrong about this.  Waiting hear from my lawyer!
