They called my cell phone but I didn't get there in time.  Who are they?

I got a call from this phone number yesterday at 11:43AM, and I answered, the listened and they hung up.

got a call advertising alarm systems. No opt-out choice, just "press 1 now to sign up"

I got this call earlier today and when I returned the call there was an automated message saying "we'll be in your neighborhood installing free security systems."

I did not answer their call. They left no voicemail.

Alarm solicitation...

They called and hung up just now (2:34PM).

Has anyone tried giving their neighbors name and address to see if they are phishing for a credit card number or if they might show up at your neighbor's hours?

Scam. Pressed 1 and got a real person. Told him I was on the do-not call registry, and he claimed to have checked and that I was not. He then hung up on me.

Someone please find out who this person is/where he is located so that we can all drive over to his house punch him in the teeth.

Got a call for a security alarm system "in my area" being installed for "free". Asked to press "1", I hung up.

Annoying.

Called today... 12:47p. I did not answer.  They did not leave voice mail. Hmph.

I called it back and identified myself and let them know they had called a Sheriff's Department.
