stop calling me

Identified herself as "KSB" and asked me to verify some personal information.  When I said no thanks, I'll call KSB tomorrow and see what they need, she got angry so I hung up on her.

This number has been calling me, even in the evening.  When I answered the call last night, no one was there.  

Its KSB hospital patient financial services.

It can't be KSB. They call never leave a message etc.. If it were KSB and it was important, someone would leave a message for you to return their call.

I called the number back and it is KSB Financial

It is NOT KSB Patient Financial Services located in Dixon. This is a company that KSB pays (out-sourced) to call people. I asked to speak to the person I normally talk to when I have an issue and they had no idea who I was talking about. You can hang-up and call regular KSB# to get a familiar LOCAL, real employee. The hired company will give you the actual local # though. They should just say what company they work, that they're calling on behalf of KSB...  instead of being deceitful and rude when you try and figure out if it's a scam.

Double check all info tried billing me for 3 separate doctors I'd never seen or even heard of and claimed they billed my ins yet the info they gave me was not my insurance info.
THEY LIE, FAKE BILL, complete fraud!!! They have to pay for there fancy remodeling somehow.
