don't know but they call everyday multiple times

Calls every single day between 6 and 8pm, never leaves a message.
Obviously a call-bot, but what is it?
I'm on the do not call list, but that seems to make no difference.

I called the number back and this time I got a machine saying it was Wells Fargo calling me about some offer and that they would try me back later (no kidding). It sounded more like one person calling from their home. Seriously, it was a guy sort of mumbling through the message and sounding out of breath and huffing into the machine mike, very sub-professional.

Then the message said to input your number if you wanted to be stricken from the list so I started to do that and he picked-up the phone! I was still trying to input my number so he hung up, sort of slammed the phone down (sounded like a ground line phone).

So, I called back again and got to the message that said to enter your number if you wanted to be "removed from our marketing efforts." I input my number then heard a message saying to allow 5 days to be removed and 30 days to be removed from all "marketing efforts."

Considering that this is the 6th call-bot phone number that I have had identified with Wells Fargo marketing calls in less than 6 months I am a little skeptical about that. I think that they just sell my number on to some other poor unemployed person making cold calls on a bot from his home, sad and annoying!

By the way the original call came in closer to 9pm tonight, very late for this sort of stuff.
