received call fro someone at this number, tried calling number got recorded message , never got person.

They call 5, 6 times a day. we told them to stop calling and they keep on calling.

I used to work there. They want to prepare the paper work for a home owner to request a modification to the loan.However they dont care if the homeowner gets the finacial relief. They just want your money. Its a scam.

They say a homeowner looked up info but thats not true. A lot of the home owners said they did no such thing. Or if they did it was 6months to a year prior, and received a modification. We were instructed to coax the homeowner to believe they need another modification. Knowing it takes a year for a homeowner to request a new modification. They just want your money  they dont care if you get relief.    Jjk

I recieved call from mods 101 inc. and I believed them now I gave them my credit card number and FAXED paper work to them but they say it was not the right stuff. I have been trying to get back in touch with them to check on what they need but all I get is a recording saying no one in office at this time and they
never call back.
