It is a telemarketer.

This number rings me up at least 5, up to 10, times a day. Never answered. Blocked and reported.

I get a phone call everyday from this number...I usually never answer but when I do they hang up on me.

They call my cell nearly every day too and never say a word.

Will it ever stop, you block the call and they try to call anyway

I received a call from this number every single day and it is annoying. I don't know who that person is.

for the last three days it's called my cell.  I don't answer because I don't know the number, but they never leave message.  
They call again and not leave a message tomorrow, I will block it.

i've gotten the same thing. this number calls and leaves no message. they  just called me every day this week! i wish someone could tell us who it is.

I called them back. They say the business is POCCA, "Not an acronymn". They wanted to know the number I was calling about but would give me no information about the business. Then they hung up.

I've received calls from this number for about a month. When Ianswer it hangs up, when you call its an automated lady telling you to hold and then it hangs up..

Tired of getting calls at all hours from this number and as soon as I pick up they hang up!

they started calling me this morning and i called back. The rude little woman on the other end said that the company is EOICC and that they are a call center for a variety of different matters for a variety of different companies. She asked me for the number i received the call on. I refused to give that information and she hung up.

They call and dont answer.

Tell them to call less often then no block and no report.

NEVER leave a message

They never leave message and answered there wasn't anyone there.   They don't say they're a debt collector so if that's what they are they are breaking laws by not saying so.  Also the recording said calls will be recorded for quality and trading.
I had them remove us from their list.  They wanted too much information and I refused to give it.

Same thing called and hung up. No message.
