It's Time Warner Cable promo line

This number has called 6 times today. I have been at work all day so I do not answer. It seems to be Time Warner but my bill is paid so they should not need to contact me.

Got this call today, 6/14. Already annoyed I had to request service from Time Warner yesterday for down internet and now I get bothered with promotional offers.

Have gotten 4 calls from this number in the past 3 weeks, 2 I've missed and 2 I've ignored.  I should probably just answer next time so that they stop calling.

Leaves no message, they have already called me twice in the past week. I believe helper since Time Warner has called me before about a promo

I have received (and missed) 9 calls from this number since may 25 (today is June 22), all at different times of the working day (9am-6pm). No message is ever left in the answer machine, so there is no way to know who the insistent caller is or what they want.
