Scam artists call and try to get your credit card number then charge your card to "reduce" debt.

This person called yesterday, but it showed up on the caller ID as our name and number. They have previously called from  205-378-3614 trying to get me to verify information about my husband. I told them no, and not to call back asking for him. But, my ignorant husband gave all of our information to the people who called using our number. They claim to be ACS, and offered to reduce his credit card debt. I was asleep, and he woke me up wanting one of my credit cards. I had a fit. It was too late. He had already been scammed. I called my biggest credit card, the one they were most interested in... and it had already been charged $290 by a different name... an insurance company named guardian something. Luckily, it alerted a fraud... and the charge hasn't been cleared. They (ACS) have been calling all day from a blocked number. Left a message to call 855-693-2365 to set up an appointment... over the phone, of course, to start getting the credit card debt down. Well, they just increased it. They have called from so many numbers, now they are blocking them. I am not going to call them, nor allow my husband. I'm going to be spending the next week or month changing account numbers.

We received a call from this number and it shows up on your caller ID as your own telephone number.  They are relentlss and promise to reduce your credit card debt.  They will quote information about one or more of your credit card balamces.  Do not giver them any information.

Do NOT give ANY information to the callers at this number.  I was recently assigned a criminal case were someone gave their credit card info and now the people are attempting to get credit cards in the victim's name.  Caller gave name of "Jerry Smith" with company name of "Auto Guardian Debt Consolidation".

Big Scam Do Not Give Out Any Info, DANGER.

I have been scammed by this company.  I called the credit card company to report fraud, but now it will be processed as a dispute.  I am so afraid I have lost money to these crooks!  I feel like a fool!  It hurts very deeply.  I hope I can restore my losses.  The writers above are correct!  Do not give out your information if you find this post first!!

This piece of crap company has preyed on my 80 year old mother and I am filing this report on her behalf. Put these criminals behind bars.

I got called saying that I should lower my interest rate and I don't even have a credit card. WTF?

Good Luck with this.  I Live right the down the street and this address is to a ups store mailbox.  There is no store front, office, or actual person.

679 Washington Street Unit#8 is the UPS store, 333 is the mailbox..

Multiple companies have this address to this mailbox in the UPS store.  Professional Appointment Setters LLC is one of them.
