This number called my cell and landline and left a robotic message with my maiden name and case number.

Started getting calls from this number and another number, a couple in previous week sounded like robotic call just hangs up and one time asked for a defendant and rattled a case number said to call this number and called a family member phone also. Twice has just hung up before message was completed. One number does not show on reverse lookup, other was Sanders and Associates Tallahassee Fl. Sounds like total scammers. The only debts I have had were years ago and paid off years ago And every 6 mo they keep moving same paid off debts to their other offices different names and trying to recollect same debts.The SOL has expired on debts anyway, then some just change dates like I opened an account with them.

Said they were an attorney office

He said he needed me to be a defendant in a fraud case & then gave case #

They said they are the investigations unit - they say they are attorneys and they are not collect agency but then say they are wanting money on credit card bill

2 grils call for a school load i said i never had goten a school loan.They call my mom i dont knwo how they got her # if they already have mine and had call me. My mom was scared. Then tey call me saing that i need a lawyer that i need Togo to court already. Jus messages an no one answer me.

my mom call the police and they said that they have lots of complains of them already. They said if we dont get a letter saying that you own or if you dont get a letter saying that you need to go to court is not true they are not good persons carefull dont give your info until they tell you the info first if is you call the police and repor it. What shoul we do for this to stop.

Just ignore them. They will give up once they know that you won't be intimidated by them.

They called my sister in law saying they were the FBI investigations they need to be reported to the FBI for fraud

2nd voice mail from this number. Called to make sure they stop calling. Woman said just disregard the call. As I was saying it takes effort on my part to remove voice mail, she hung up.  I hope they do not call again.

They called my work and home leaving a case number saying I defrauded a payday loan, and they wanted to settle with me or they were bringing charges.  I don't know anything about this payday loan so I told them to go ahead and serve me and not to call my work again.  Still waiting to be served!

Just got a call from this number. Gave a fake case# for my brother. Disregard the call, its 100% Fraud.

They just called me for my cousin who I have not seen in 10 years and said she's a defendant w/a case number.
We have the same maiden name but weird... Very odd.. She's an outstanding citizen w/no debt so who knows...

My two adult children called me this morning within minutes of each other. They both received automated phone calls stating that I was a defendant if a fraud case. We all know that if that was the case that we would not receive a phone call but official paperwork from our local Courts. This is not the first company that has tried this with me. This is a complete scam. If you do speak with a live person request a debt verification letter be sent to the address they have on record. DO NOT give them any of your information at all. Ask for their physical address and the Name of their company and the Company Website. Report these numbers to your local BBB and also the Attorney Generals Office in your state.

My mom got numerous phone calls from a series of numbers including this one. They said that they needed her help to find her sister who she doesn't talk to anymore, and that she was a defendant. We called the number back and got a voice mail box saying they were an investigations dept. and to leave some info on the message and someone would call you back. SCAM

My aunt informed me that she was getting calls from this num and I have never used her for a reference. I called the number and they had my num and name already. Night before I called I looked up bill collector scams and what my rights were. So when I called them I was ready for whatever they were going to tell me. They knew I had an old credit card account and they told me that I was being investigated for fraud. If I didn't make a payment I would be served a docket from the sheriffs dept. I told them I wanted something in writing and the so called person said they don't do that. So I informed her of my rights and she better not call me or my aunt again. I put in a complaint to the fair trade commission.
