I don't answer numbers from unidentified parties.

If it's the NRA, as Dave said on 19 June, boy, do THEY have the WRONG number!

Calls here every other day!! Driving me nuts!! On DO NOT CALL LIST, but doesnt do any good!!

Keeps calling me but will not leave a message. (I don't answer calls with unfamiliar numbers), and I am on the "Do Not Call" list.

It's not the NRA, they say they are but this is someone posing as the NRA to make another group tied to the conservative side look bad to sway people back to that nitwit Obama. Pretty feeble attempt I might add.

Please copy and paste this message at the top of every phone number you search. It'll help the next person hopefully.

When you file a worthless DNC complaint they put your new fresh name at the top of the DNC list, which will help those jerks when  these start adding new numbers to those they call. You'll have your fresh new phone number at the very top of their sucker list. DNC complaints from citizens are worthless and ineffective I stopped filing DNC complaints months ago. The answer to our problem is using a hand held tape recorder and then repetively tape (over and over the same sound) the disconnected/out of service tone until you have about two minutes worth to play to these jerks that call us. The sound is the same one telezaper uses. I started using a repeated two minute recording of the same sound as telezapper and my calls have gone from an average of 4-10 calls a day, down to none to one per day, up until today when I wasn't here to answer the call and play them my new tape. It works. Have the tape already going before you answer the phone and continue playing it until they either hang up or you think that the tape is close to the end. If so then you hang up. They won't call back, I've proven it to myself already after just using it a few weeks. Prior to using it I've put up with over two years of these nusinance calls.

NRA is also National Recovery Agency, a collection agency.

I added them to my call rejection service.  Don't owe anyone any money and I am a member of the NRA who opted out from phone contact and get my communication from them through the mail or email.

Dial the number back and you get a recording identifying themselves as the National Rifle Association.

I get a lot of telephone calls from this number but I never pick-it-up . . .

They call and no one is on the line.  Caller I.D. read 800 service.

How many different NRA numbers are there??????  I have blocked 7 different numbers from the NRA already!  Absolute BS as far as I am concerned.

Sick and tired of whoever is calling from this number.  When they talk, they ask for someone who has never lived here.  They usually just hang up.
