I didn't answer, but they also didn't leave a voicemail.

The first time i didnt answer.. the second call I answered and it was dead air for awhile then i heard   "holy F*** they answered" then they hung up....   what the heck...  so i blocked my number and called them back and it went straight to vm...  said "please leave a message after the tone and our customer service dept will get back to you within 24 hours"

This number is leased from Allstream.com.  I called them and they would not tell me who leases the number from them.  Their number is 888-811-6301.  I would advise you to call them to so that they get a taste of how annoying it is to be bombarded by unwanted 8xx calls, but that would be wrong..........

If they are calling your cell phone, you can have your provider block the number.

I answered my cell phone and they asked if I had health insurance. I told them I was retired from the government and had health insurance through them. The lady thanked me for my time and hung up.

I received a call from the same number. As mentioned before it was dead air, then someone asked for Bullseye. That is an email/gamertag I used. Once I asked who they were they hung up.

I keep getting calls, just about every other day, from this number. I never answer and they never leave a message.

These people keep calling and not saying anything. I believe they are associated with Allstream. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I suggest you do the same if you are receiving calls also.

Three calls today, 9:15 A.M. 10:46 A.M. again at 11:50 A.M. One call on May 31st at 2:54 P.M. No answer just dead air. I will not be answering my cell again when this number pops up.

Called back once -from another phone so as not to be viewed as "customer" -was told to leave number and customer service - whoever that was - would get back..

About time we did something about this harassment...am calling my city fraud unit and state attorney general..and Sen Dianne Feinstein of Ca - she has done something about various phone calls in the past..
You all should do the same. Unfortunately, I do not think the for-profit phone companies will do anything unless forced to..by our legal/regulatory system. At least they said they could nothing when I called.
