Called to say that there is an urgent legal matter under my name and SSN.  Also said that his message to me is being recorded so they can prove that they have alerted me..  Sounds like a scam!  He said his name is Nick.  I didn't answer the phone, just let him babble on on the answering machine.  Creep.

Said they got this on 12 th of August. Companies buy debts and hope to collect.

they said they are a bill collector with legal document  and they need my name in ss number to verfy that am this person believe they are a scam

they call and said they are internation but with delias on phone said they have legal document for me

they call from this number and it read delia's retail the number is 3022660876 have legal documnent for pending want me too give name and ss number

Says we owe a debt from over 5-10 years old

These creeps keep calling me at my place of employment about a friend of mine who has a past due debt.  My name is no where on this dept.  They also called my 82 year old mother.  Said if my friend does not pay his dept they will serve me papers at my place of employment and then someone will pay the debt.  We contacted our attorney over this.  

These people have called me incessantly for a year - not only on my personal phone but at MY JOB as well.  They claim I am involved in a "legal matter" - WHICH I AM NOT!  They have even threatened to send someone to my home address.  They have left messages at my work asking for my SS# to verify my identity.  They call from numerous different numbers - all with different area codes - but it is always the SAME GUY.  
"Dean Snyder"  As soon as I block my number, they call back from a different number.  Surely this is illegal!!!

Nick Russo has called me also.  Same lines... Threatening to come to my home.

I have received about 3 calls now from an unknown number stating there is an issue/legal matter attached to my name and my ssn. The caller has always been Ron Silverman. However, I also got a call once from the 855 number and that message was from a different guy but the story was the same. This HAS to be a scam because there shouldn't be any form of legal issue with me. I would assume there would be actual legal documentation sent as well if this was real. How can we report these scammers?!

Nick Russo just called me and said there was a legal matter with unpaid debt of over $2,000 an a credit card that I settled on in 2009.  He said I needed to give him the name and number of the company who settled this for me.  I am at work and do not have this information and he wanted me to call him back when I am home.  I think this is a scam.

Rocco delicate is caller from U.S. Capitol. Says last chance to settle debt. Do not know this caller. Too bad they buy these past debts and try to collect

I indeed received a call for an outstanding balance from Ron Silverman from First US Capital llc an requested documentation in which was sent. After research of my own the debt was actually outstanding an he reduced the balance in a way i was able to resolve!!

I got another call today regarding a supposed legal issue tied to my name and SSN. The call came in as unknown so there wasn't an actual number. However the call back number was this 855-713-3591. All the previous calls were from a Ron Silverman but this one is from some guy named Al who says he is a Director. I think they have even tried to call my parent's number regarding this. SO annoying!!!

Call from Dean Snyder First US Capital. Blah, blah, blah. I don't owe anyone anything. I check my credit information several times a year. I don't have any credit cards or any loans to anyone. My lawyer says to tell everyone you know that they are calling to say and do this. "This is a scam." Then hang up. My state's AG's office said it's a scam and not to talk to them.

Also got a call from this number.  Also got calls with same voice but different numbers. Also as unknown came up

Got the same call but when I actually checked up on this I did owe on a card that I never realized.  They sent me the paperwork and it all checked out legal.  My balance was 1200 something they settled me out for around half the price.  Sounds silly to say but actually glad they called

Are you for real?  Sounds like you work for that scamming company!

I have also received several calls from them.  Debt for someone using my address - not my name, not my social, just my address!  How dumb is that.  I called them back to tell them they had a wrong number and now they won't leave me alone! Bunch of a**holes!

Valentino called. Gonna send out someone to arrest me & client is invoking their rights to collect a debt. Had to pay within 24 hrs
