Received a recorded voice mail on my WIFE's cell number,  looking for a AD GUERRA, and referred to Case # CR2.........when I called they picked up the phone and said "Investigation" I said no criminal record or pending issue with my name....long story short, they said they were representing a Law Firm, I requested an Address, and they refused to provide one, so I said I can't give my credit card # without their information also they refused to send any mail through USPS.....so  then, they transfer me like 4 times,(to my native language Spanish, to English to someone speaking in a "ghetto" accent) ....and finally DUMDUMMDUMMM with "the one who runs the office" haha, (unprofessional and rude)  she said..."here is the deal ..I do the talk here..you are ready for court", she said..."How far you are from Palm Beach Gardens?" (I reply ONE HOUR) She said..."Is that Excursion in your driveway is yours" ( I reply yes) she said ..."Well Mr. Guerra, your case will be in court"....I said (Sarcastically) "Thanks"
I DO NOT GET IT......A LAW FIRM talking like that...hahahaha. They're such a joke.

got a recorded message asking for someone that i do not know and provided a case #.  they also threatened legal action, but i did not call back.  

I don't know this person and it keeps calling me

They are a fraud. Dont worry about it. Put them on your call reject list

I've been getting bogus collection calls about my brother for years. Today my son received the phone call. I wonder if it is because they have the same first initial and last name, and the "company" is just fishing. A lot of these are scam calls, and I finally realized that after many annoying calls.

Just recd a recorded message.  Can't give me any information and refused to mail me information.    Not legal.    Once someone calls u regarding a debt they have 5 days to send you something in writing.    My brother then calls me 2 minutes later and said he received a call from 8557463948. And he did some research and again fraud!!!  Shame on u people !  I will pray for your soul,,

Called today and said that I was being sued for Money I did not borrow or owe when I asked to speak to a supervisor they did not respond and hung up theyBlaine  are Scammers trying to intimidate you to pay money you don't owe.

I also have received this calls from 855-719-1725 the first time they told me that I had a warrant out for my arrest and that they would be coming for me (they said it would be the person on the phone and  a Tom Green County Sherriff, if I was not at home they would come to my place of employment. I have never been in trouble with the law! I called the Sherriff's office and asked if I had any county/city warrants for me , the lady on the phone laughed and said that they get at least 8 calls a day for this scam!! well then it dawned on me, I work for a debt collection agency and we have guidelines that we have to follow and they are FEDERAL LAWS !!! The biggest one is WE CANNOT THREAT COURT,ARREST, WE ALSO CANNOT IN ANYWAY INPERSONATE A LAW INFORCEMENT AGENCY!!! THAT IS A BIG OFFENCE!!!!  SO please know that this is a huge FRAUD!!!!! block their calls  

Keep getting these calls. Finally called back and asked to speak to a supervisor only to have them hang up on me. So..as they stated they are from somewhere down south I am going to file a complaint with that State's justice department. It's not even me they are looking for. Really?

I got an email from my aunt, whom I barely speak to, saying this number call my uncle's ex-wife looking for my mom. My mom and she, haven't spoken in over 20 years. I called the number and the man answered the phone "investigations." Glad to know this is a scam!

When she answered the phone (Investigator Strong) all she said was 'investigations'. No company name.  Said I owed for a payday loan I took out in 2008 from a BMG Bank.  It's 2014!!  She didn't even know what BMG Bank stood for.  Said loan was for $1,899.99 that I did not pay back.  Told her I paid back all of my payday loans, its not on my credit report and I've been scammed by these types of calls before.  She said, 'okay we will just put the information through for court'.  I said, 'okay, thank you' and hung up!!

Yes, they called my ex-husband looking for me!  He asked how they got his number ... I have no idea!!

I got a call yesterday they stated they are Investigation division and they called my job they are fraud. Somehow they have pulled your credit. Need to file a police report if haven't already and also with your states attorney general. It's free

I received a call through a distant relative who said this number 8557191725 had called to let them I would need lawyer and that the sheriff would be at my door the next morning.  I could not get any information from the caller so I researched and found their Mall location and sent a letter to the Mayor of that City.  For those who are reading this, do the research find out where they are located and let the Mayor, Town Council, City Attorney have all the caller information, and everything you have found on the Site.  These people are going through Public Records to find out information so that can try to take your money and are also using your private information to make fake credit cards and fake charges.  Do the the homework, find them like they find us!!

I just wanted to give an update on this phone number. I received a phone call from this phone number last week - and since I've dealt with similiar phone calls in the past - I immediately reported it to the PA State attorney general.  To put all minds at ease - The attorney generals office just called me & confirmed that this IS A SCAM but unfortunately the phone number's are not traceable so they cant identify who is actually making these calls. If you get on the phone or have family, friends, or even your work place getting calls, contact your states attorney general as it seems that they are aware that this is happening to many others. Fight back and do not give these people any info!.
