Bogus Process Server

Sketchy company claiming to be processes server for an unlisted company "Arlington and Associates." They claimed they were trying to serve court sealed papers but never furnished them and when asked for a case number, they told me there was none...

Stupid "arlington and associates" that will literrally call everyone in the world except yourself to collect a unknown bill ....they need to be marked as harrasment.

Received a call from this number purporting to have legal papers regarding an overdue credit account.  There is no overdue credit account, as account was paid several years ago, therefore there are no legal papers. This is a scam to try and frighten people into paying money to some unscrupulous people.

This company calls from this phone number and Dave's person cell number which is 903-740-0928. This company is a fake and is trying to scare people into paying a fake debt. I have reported them to the Attorney General of Texas (Dave lives in Texas), the FBI and the Federal Trade Comission. I encourage you to do the same. with enough people filing they will shut them down like they have other companies like this.

What a bunch of sh**! I was given the name of Steve Hobbs...and the guy leaving messages has not identified SPECIFICS about "whatever" BS he's been threatening...Can you say "fraud and scam"?
So, when you try to google the supposed name "asset liabilities investigations"  there are many listings
online...including the ones like this webpage, stating the company is FRAUDULENT AND HARRASSING PEOPLE!!! When you google the name the guy gave me, there are many listings within
the usa, like even a few in canada, texas, idaho? california? and maybe even florida?? Ive never even been to any of those states..OMG

Lets just say my attorney, the FBI, Attorney General, Better Business Bureau and CNN, NBC, and several other entities are being duely notified ...."steve" or "dave" or what ever the h*** your name really is... when I am finished filing complaints, and letting the public know what you are doing, you will regret threatening me, harrassing me, and duely trying to pull another "debt collector"  scam (second attempt in four years) on little ol' me..I will BURY you so far down no one will find the body, and if you ever cross my path, you wont  need a body bag because there wont be anything left to clean up.  Clear enough?? And, FYI, this is a free country and we whom are filing complaints here do not have to leave any of our personal info because you probably already, illegally have accessed that ...

these people went to my neighbors house and gave personal information about my son! I called them and they would not supply me with information( who they were what they were doing) and yes they are bogus "process servers ", aka getting $6 to harass people. They have called me 3 times anonymously since I called them. now heading to the pol arlingtonice department to report threats and harassment
