this number calls almost every day! twice today!!!
must be a telemarketing computer looking for what time you are home/answer your phone.

Calls me twice, I never answer, but still annoying, how do they get my number?

Here is how they get your phone number.You go to a store when you buy something the clerk will ask you for your phone number and you give it to them  then they sell it to a telemarketer for the money.

I just got a call today from 1855 760 4838 and when I answer they just hangup can someone please tell me where they are from. Because they have been calling once every hour.

Frequent calls from this number; increasing daily and hourly!  This number tag teams with another number +1 800-769-2519.
Unwanted, unsolicited, bordering on stalking!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Does not leave a voicemail (my phone is set up with this capacity).

I got a call from them on my cell as well.  I was curious so I called it.  Easy enough.
It is an out source third party company that sells products for other companies like Rogers.  The name of this company is ZEDD SOULTIONS.  You can be taken off the call list by calling 6477271645.  Thier web site is www.zeddsolutions.com

Their head office is in Toronto, Canada, but they call from  the states. Most likely to avoid the do not call laws. Rogers and this company need to go to hell.

A call came from this numbe yesterday !
They wanted to speak to my husband ! I told them he was driving and they would have to call back. The women on the other end said she was from a company called Zedd and they were representing Rogers ! My husband called Rogers back later but used the number on our phone bill ! Rogers said they knew nothing of this other company called  "Zedd"  as he is talking to Rogers on our land line , this other company calls his cell ! The rep from Rogers agrees to stay on the line while he speaks to Zedd !! When the rep from Zedd was asked for her ID number she hung up !! They must be FAKE !!!

I get a call from this company at least 3 times daily between 5&8pm. As mentioned in other comments they don't leave messages. So frustrating!

Such a bunch of losers- so full of themselves and so darn annoying-nothing else to do but harass people..

I've had them call me 3 times and I get the same as you David...pisses me off

This phone number 8557604838 just called my Toronto based phone number.
It then proceeded to call the number back, at which point I just hung up
If someone can trace this number that would be great.
I'd love to call the actual company and talk to them.

i answered the call and they said my "name" the name i give when i enter anything so this is def telemarketing.

It's Rogers Calling customers whose contracts are expiring soon. There is a level of automation so at first it appears as tough there's no one on the line. If in doubt call Rogers yourself. I did & negotiated a better package for $7.00  per mth, Initially the increase was over $100.00.
