has called me like 5-6 times when i answer no ones there... and no message.

This number has been calling me for two weeks and not leaving a message.

Been calling me at my office phone.

i've been getting many calls from these kind of people. i thought i've put my name and number on the DO NOT CALL LIST??? why am i still getting unwanted calls?

is it time for a class action law suit against the canadian CRTC?

The company is called Customer Solutions and they do telemarketing for Rogers.  No one in Rogers Customer Service was able to help, so I called their head office at 416-935-7777 and spoke to a very pleasant woman.   She looked up the information for me, transfered my call to a gentleman named Marco, and he put my phone number into their do not call database.

A bit of a pain, but at least the people at head office were polite, efficient and got it dealt with in less than 5 minutes.

I recently had this problem as well. Thank you "Solution" for the contact info. (The Rogers Toronto # is their general switchboard and is actually answered bya HUMAN!!)

I called Rogers and got put through to Marko, who said he'd get back to me. However, 2 wks. later he had not replied so I called back and got his e-mail, which is "marko.markovinovic@rci.rogers.com."

Also "Customer Solutions TRG" Canadian office was recently bought out by a Cdn. company called Zedd Solutions.

I sent an e-mail to both Marko and Zedd ("inquiries@zeddsolutions.com" was the only e-mail I could find on their website) on July 17. Both sent auto-replies acknowledging that they had received my e-mail but as of today (July 27/12) I have had no answer from either.  

However, as far as I know, I have had no further calls from Rogers/TRG/Zedd, although I have had a few hang-ups. However, since Telus now wants THREE DOLLARS to trace calls, I've been just letting my answering machine screen calls.

I also called Marco and I was off this annoying list inside five minutes. They were calling 4 and 5 times a day.

Called twice and was silent when I picked up. Third time, a few days later, was Zedd Customer Solutions calling about Rogers stuff (I'm a Rogers customer). Guy was professional, we reviewed some phone upgrade options but quickly determined that my needs were already met, he thanked me for my time and we wrapped it up. Not bad as telemarketers go.

Call details: Marketing company calling you on behalf of Rogers Communications.
Usually they state that have a “very special and amazing” offer.
But in reality they offer nothing special and they just talk about offers you can find on Rogers.com website.

They have their own Do Not Call List (you have to call 647-727-1645)

Thanks for the info. I called the 416 number, they have a employee directory but you have to enter in the name, I fooled around and got joy and shilling and another person. I promised to call them repeatedly and make their life hell. I encourage you to do the same.

I've had this number call me a few times and I never answer.  The latest call the number came up but as RogersWireless so I answered it this time.   When I said hello I just got hung up on.  What kind of telemarketing just hangs up when you answer?

Same stuff.  Called me twice today, answered, they hung up.

VERY ANNOYING.  

Called 416-935-7777, transferred to Marco, voice mail full.

4 calls in 2 days.  I just added it to my blocked call list.
