American Lung Association

Keep getting calls from 855-784-0301. Comes back to American Lung Association. We have asked them repreatedly to stop calling us, but they keep calling. Two calls within the last 24 hours! They are harrassing us!

Also dead air when I answered.

These people are relentless .... they call all the time, I finally picked up and told them to STOP calling, remove my name, etc ..... it made no difference.  Worst of all, they call late, AFTER my little one has gone to sleep

Callers do not respect the "do not call" list, I wish I had their home phone number to return the favor.

I use to get these calls and still do, but now with my Digitone Call Blocker 10 the calls are hung up on before it even rings the house. You need one of this if you hate telemarketer calls as much as I do.

I keep getting calls from this number, but do not answer the phone.  How do I stop the calls from coming in?  I've registered with the do not call government number, but still get these calls.  Why?

I get calls constantly from this number. Have complained to do not call registry with no results. The key is they claim to be a charitable organization ie National Lung Assn, however they are simply telemarketers, who were the reason for the do not call registries in the first place.  Now Congress is considering allowing them to do the same to our cell numbers and use up our cell minutes as well as harass us to death.... this is a real bill being considered and is being funded by lobbyists for the banks and collection agencies. The say it is because so  many people no longer have land lines so they cannot harass and try to dupe as many people. Course if they pay Congress off enough it will be passed.    Let your congress person know not to vote for it!!

"Charitable" organizations are NOT part of the do not call system.  They can still call you.  but if you tell them to stop, they are to stop and you can file a complaint with the FCC.  It is legal to call up until 9:00 pm

This company constant harassing will make me think twice about ever giving to charity again. The only reason to call people 2 and 3 times a day is pure greed.  I've answered it a number of time before but it hangs up. I can only guess they were looking for a female voice but my wife doesn't ever answer those type of calls.

If you call them back you have the option to remove your number from their calling list. Pain that
you have to opt-out instead of opt-in, but it was fairly quick.

I have received 13 calls from this number since 12/08/11.  I do not pick up but I feel harassed.

1-800-service ,hiding behind an unknown number,I'll never answer
