they called for my old buisnesz centralia dental who declared bankruprcy

A scum sucking bottom feeder collection agency

they call twice a day, if you have cell phone, put then on contacts with a no ring.
They can call forever and you never hear it,,goes into a missed call...Hooray

They use robo-calling, its against the law but they do it anyways.  If you dont
owe anyone then call them via another phone or a public phone and give them
the "F"-you; the "B"-you; when you return their call, they get mad and hang up
on you, leaving you with the satisfaction that now you are screwwing them...

Everytime they call, I call and "f" them to death, always saying Your are calling
a wrong #...and continue to curse them...again, they will hang up on you....

Message calls multiple times per day on my employer issued mobile phone and never leaves a message.

ALL OF THESE NUMBERS ARE FASLE CREDIT COLLECTION AGENCIES. THEY CALL AND EITHER HARRAS YOU, DONT ANSWER AT ALL, OR THEY HANG UP. they sadly don't have do not call list for these numbers, and phone companies wont do anything about it, unless you can physically block them from your phone or cell phone. my best advice is to play phone tag on them. i do this when i am bored and it seems to have helped. they dont call as often if at all anymore. plus if they do call it always seems to be certain times of day and month. for instance i get most of these calls around the first of  month (go figure~when bills supposidly are due). i have found out to either answer and hang up right away. answer but put your phone on mute till they hang up, call back on a pay phone and ask play a reversile role of saying this is (fake name) i am calling about your debt on (fake account~aka make it a real place like a medical expense) and see if they hang up or when they do. also you can always see if you could hold on for a rep and see if you can get a job application...meaning a fake one to find out more about their company. if they start asking all this info about SSN# and stuff just tell them to send you the app and see what they say. hope this helps everyone.

This number keeps calling me, never leaves a message.  I just hang up everytime I see the number come up on my phone, wished they would STOP!!!!

Received a voice mail from these clowns (name of Sean Davis) today for a Natalie So-and-so, saying they received a summons for her, gave a case # and then said she has been officially notified. No, a$$hat, she hasn't been officially anything.

The company's name is Credit Management Incorporated. If you've tried to call them a customer representative will either ignore your question or simply say CMI. if you ask them to elaborate, they'll simply ignore your question unless you repeatedly ask them 5-10 times.

1.) In their efforts to collect a debt you owe, a collection agency may not contact your family, friends, neighbors, or employer.
2.)Collection agencies are not permitted to call before 8 A.M. or after 9 P.M. in your time zone.
3.) Use of racial slurs, obscenities, insults, or unreasonable threats is out of the question.
4.) No collection agency or its employee can pretend to be an attorney or court employee, or create any communication that would look like it came from one.
5.) No collection agency can threaten you with arrest for an unpaid debt.

If we can get enough complaints filed, then hopefully the FTC will shut them down.

Credit companies aren't allowed to call people on Sundays...there are strict laws about when they can call you... This is the second time today they called me, yesterday three times. I am reporting them. CMI DEBT MANAGEMENT

they call every night, and I just hang up, however this has been going on for 3-4 years and I keep telling them LaTonya Taylor has never lived nor do I know her, what else can I do?
