Debt collector. Nuissance call.

MAN NAMED JAMIE FULLER CALLED AND ADVISED ME THAT HE WAS LOOKING FOR MY SISTER TO FILE POSSIBLE FRAUD CHARGES AGAINST HER. I ASKED HIM IF HE WAS A DETECTIVE AND HE SAID YES. THERE ARE 2 THINGS WRONG WITH THIS. THE INFORMATION HE GAVE ME IS FALSE AND MISLEADING AS HE IS NOT A DETECTIVE, AND HE VIOLATED THE FDCPA BY TELLING ME INFORMATION REGARDING MY SISTER'S ACCOUNT. THIS IS CONSIDERED 3RD PARTY DISCLOSURE. I WORK FOR A LEGAL COLLECTION AGENCY AND I KNOW THE CONSUMER'S RIGHTS. I AM ADVISING MY SISTER CONTACT A REAL ATTORNEY.

They just called me today, asking me for money, telling me a warrant will be issued for my arrest if I don't pay.

Got a call from them saying they are going to file charges in monroe co. This on my voicemail. ...time to sue. I did collection for 10 years they must be stupid.

Called my work saying its investigator carter n will come have me picked up .. Hello i work for the government n he left that msg on my work voice mail!! Then a kennedy kline claiming to be a lawyer called my parents home saying he needed to speak to him to make a statent in reference to a case!!!!

this number called me today 855-803-2349 stating on my voicemail that there are 2 charges filed against me and I must call them back within 24 hours. LOL

Yeah these people are real jerks. I received a call from this number @ 1033 am today. I called the number back to find out who was calling me. Needless to say I had to call them 4 TIMES and each time no one identified themselves or the company they are representing. On the 4th call the "woman" was very apologetic for her previous co-worker's rude behavior, but even she disconnected the call on me after having me on hold for over 8 minutes!! I was able to get very little information from this lady regarding why they are calling.  Now I owed on a loan from (baysideloans.com) in which they are calling for, however I paid the loan off so I Believe to (National Credit Adjusters) and I have the PIF letter to prove it.  I contacted (NCA) and spoke with a representative who says oh I see your account is already PIF. I asked why am I being contacting by another company to pay this same loan?? She tells me if I call "Bayside" (mind you no contact number for them is listed anywhere) they would tell me that the debt was sold to (NCA). At this point I don't know what to believe anymore. My biggest regret is needing cash when I was in a crunch and entered my personal information online and now I am dealing with the aftermath of this.  I am going to contact a local attorney it may be expensive, but it will be worth my piece of mind!.

These idiots called my house. Stated it was an "investigator" Victoria Salano or some such name. She said she worked for Kennedy and Kline Associates and I had 24 hours for me or my attorney to contact them or they would have a summons served on me by the Cleveland County Sheriff's Department at my home or business. Except they have the wrong number and wrong person. Never heard of the person they're looking for. Total bunch of lowlifes to actually threaten a summons/arrest on someone over the phone. Don't these clowns know people record this stuff? My attorney will love this, I have to have him do something for the retainer.

LUCKILY I HAD A FRIEND WHO KNEW ABOUT THIS SCAM FAKE COMPANY KENNEDY AND CLINE. THE ADDRESS THEY WILL GIVE YOU IS FOR A MIDDLE SCHOOL IN SOUTH CAROLINA (GOOGLE MAPS) THERE IS NO LAW FIRM NAMED KENNEDY AND CLINE. THEY HACK OLD INFORMATION FOR PAST LOANS AND COLLECTION AGENCIES- EVEN ONES YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID, HOPING TO GET YOU TO PAY TWICE CLAIMING THERE WAS NEVER A FINAL RELEASE GIVEN WITH THE ORIGINAL LOAN. I ACTUALLY CALLED HIM BACK TODAY AND TOLD HIM HE WAS A FRAUD. HE DIDNT EVEN DENY IT. ALL HE SAID WAS SO YOU ARENT GOING TO SETTLE THIS MATTER VOLUNTARILY. IS THAT THE NEW POLITICALLY CORRECT WAY FOR CRIMINALS WHO ARE RIPPING YOU OFF TO ASK YOU IF YOUARE STUPID ENOUGH TO PAY THEM FOR SOMETHING YOU ALREADY PAID LEGITIMATELY FOR ONCE? BELEIVE ME THEY ARE GOOD, BUT THEY ARE IN FACT FAKE AND SCAM ARTISTS
