We have had several calls from this #, this morning was the latest one. Any toll free or unknown # we let the machine pick up and as usual no message.

Wanted to update my account and save me money..

The gal had computer problems and said she would call back the next evening and never did call..

Ran the number on computer and it came up as tel marketer

I am on the no call list..

Getting really tired of this number!! 3 times a day!!! How do I stop them??

This number constantly calls when I answer they hang up, so I decided
when they hang up on me a few minutes ago to research the number
855-830-5340 so I called it back and there was a recording
"you may have received a call from FRONTIER COMMUNICATIONS"

my home phone service is thru frontier and from time they offer "package"
pricing ... to which I am not interested

Called at 8:56 this morning and left no message. I do not answer any call that has Toll Free, Unknown Caller or Out of Area. So, they just get my answering maching. I don't like calls before 9am or after 9pm since I always think it is an emergency concerning my kids. Wish these guys would use a little common sense. If I wanted their services I would get in touch with them, not the other way around!

This number just called my cell phone.  We have Frontier service at home but I don't know how they got my cell number.  Didn't answer because it was an unknown caller.

Just got this call from this number. I was woken out of a deep sleep this morning at 8am, which turns otu that one was from a Sears number so when I just got a call from this number (at 2pm) I was so ticked off that I took my frustration out on my phone by picking up the receiver and slamming it down on the phone to hang up on whomever was calling. That's not like me but I was so darn sick of this!!! I'm tired of these calls. BTW, yes, I am a Frontier customer so I guess this was Frontier calling but I am so fed up with all these unwanted calls. This must stop!!!

Go to fcc.gov and file a complaint. I did and it only takes a couple of minutes.  If enough of us complain maybe they will do something about it.

Got a call from this number yesterday and today.  Called the number back and it is Frontier telephone co. wanting to tell you about their services.  Told him to put my number on their "do not call" list.  He said he would, but could take up to 6 weeks! Time Warner has also been calling me. Called them back today and told her to put my number on their "do not call" list.  She said that you have to tell them that or they keep calling you until they talk to someone.   I'm writing the numbers down and will be calling some of these companies back.  They are going to keep me busy, but if it works it will be worth it.

me who I had my internet service from and I told her " if you are looking at my account than you know
who I have service with"  She said she was having computer problems. I told her if she was having
computer problems than she couldn't help me and I hung up. Be careful this is a scam.
 How do I know it is a scam? Because I called frontier and they told me they were aware of this
and was looking into it. They said , it is not them doing these calls.

Got a call from 855-830-5340 at 9:55am today. I didn't answer because the caller ID said Toll Free, and I never answer those, but the creepy part was that the guy left a message just saying, "Hello? ...Hello?" In my experience, telemarketers usually don't leave messages, so I thought that I should look this number up. Glad to see it's just another telemarketer.

I get phone calls every day, sometimes twice a day and it is annoying. How do you get these people to stop calling you?

I got this call tonight also and have asked Frontier on 3 occassions to stop calling me with package deals. They get angry with me and yet continue to call even after the 6 weeks they say it takes to come off the list. I am ready to cancel my home phone altogether because of them. But it is also the only high-speed internet we can get.

I just received a call from this number AGAIN today.  I have been receiving them one to two times daily.  They never leave a message, so this time I answered.  They indicated they were from Frontier and would like permission to access my account.  I told them no and to stop calling me.  I then  got online and chatted with Frontier - they advised that "I am not seeing that number on our list of phone numbers in our system. I do know at times, we have representatives call out to customers. "
The Frontier rep advised I could be put on 'their' no call list, which I did.  The rep advised if they call me again that I should give them my case number and advise them to make their manager aware because it could take 30 days for my number to hit the no call list.  Hope this helps!
