Does anyone receive a call from  855-830-8104? Is this a bill collector or what?

They called me too but from an unknown number and left that number as a call back...Said they have an affidavit they are going to serve me with and are from IPS- independent pro legal services- which i googled and can't find anywhere. I assume that its a bill collector.  Anyone else get a differnet message?

Also received a call from this number...called back but no response...a message was left for me that I'd be served at my home or place of employment unless a cease and dissist was ordered by "whoever" is suing me. Don't know whether this is valid or not. A name was left of Robert Benson as being the caller.

I called back- they are very threating, leaving vmails that i have a court date yada yada, trying to get me to give them personal info.  I told them no and they said I am being charged with Fraud. I said if they know who I am, then send me a letter in the mail or come serve me  They gave me the name ICS in Amherst, NY and tried to get me to confirm stuff. I said no and I would have my attorney contact them.  I googled them and this is what I found.

Needless to say don't fall for them, ignore it, whatever but don't give them your personal information.  I talked to a Michael Cox and David Woods

I received a blocked call the past 2 days which I did not answer.  Voicemail was left by Nicole Martin saying she was in the area and was going to come to my work place or home to serve me legal document to  appear in court. She stated that if I could not be located it meant that it was a refusal to sign which would result in a missed court appearance. What pisses me off is she called 2 days in a row (the middle of my move due to an eviction by my evil landlord) so even if this is true, they have no place to actually serve me since I don't have a place to live since I am living out of hotels now. I did call the 855 # so lets see what bs they have to say to me.

Someone named Ethan called from an unpublished number and asked for my daughter by name. I told him she didn't live at this address, but that I was her father. He said it was a courtesy call and that he had an affidavit for her to sign tomorrow between 12 and 3:00 p.m. at her address or place of employment. If she didn't sign it would be a refusal. I took his name and this number and he give me a 6-digit case number to reference when she called back.
She researched this site and thought it was a scam of sorts, and called back and they had no idea who Ethan was. She thought they just wanted some credit card information.

I just received a call from this number and a man named Chad. They wanted personal information from me so they could have me sign something or it would be turned in as "a refusal to sign". From what I can gather it's supposedly some kind of collection agency (ICS). I provided no information as I do not have anything to be collected on! What a crock!

This girl named Melissa (Rayna) last name hard to understand on voicemail call my phone with the same message that she was in the area of my home and was coming to have me sign something for a court date. They called my son right before that and asked for me stating his number was a contact given.... Freaked him out so I googled this and found this site.... Oh yeah, she told my son she had two addresses for me and one was a previous marriage like 10 years ago.... Then my correct street but not the house number. What do I do?

Got a call today from this Eathan Brooks with no co. Name claiming he has documents to serve me with. Stated on my voice mail this information along with a generic case number threatening that if I don't have identification to sign for the documents or I am not present this will be a fail to appear in court. He provided this number to call regarding the complaint, 855 830 8014. Called there some chick maria answer I asked what this was about she states regarding a loan taken out in my name through bayside I asked her for the information she refused further info the social she had waa not mine. I asked for their bar association number she refused and transfer ed me to what she claimed was an attorney MICHAEL COX SAME INFO WITH HIM. I ADVISED THEM I WORK FOR AN ATTORNEY AND WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS AGAINST THE LAW THEN HE HUNG me.

Got a call from a Nicole Martin, saying she has some papers for me to sign.if she can't get me at home, she will come to my place of work for my supervisor to witness. Then received another call from a Tammy Ross saying the same thing. I received another call from a Jerry vancouso saying he is from broward county legal services on the same account.I ended up believing him. Made payment arrangements. Then I came across a letter from collection agency for the same creditor saying my balance is $482.50, but they had me paying 5 payments of $156.40. So I started calling the numbers  back, that they called me from, NO ANSWER. looked the numbers up on people search, different places in Florida, under different names. Called my bank and put a stop payment on my account. Called the 855 830 8104 number, who suppose to be the original creditor, the man answered and said this is check systems that he would transfer me to the manager of the account. When the manager, Michael Cox got on the phone, I asked him is is company elite solutions, no check systems, elite is the third party they represent. So I did let me call elite, cause he was trying to say the extra amount us because I was making payments.he tried calling me. But when I called the number for elite payment solutions, guess who picked up, Michael Cox. How can I have gotten transferred to you, n u pick up the phone for the other company. Luckily, I have all the messages on my visual voicemail.

Yup! Same damn idiots called me! I told him I looked this [***] online and id be recording our convo after I ripped on his [***] for 5 min...he hung up!! Hahaha! Bye looser!
