Got this same number today (12-05-2012) and we have seen it as being a common technique in our area.  Sure want to call this guy back and invite him over to collect.  At one point the caller stated that someone would be out to effect an arrest and then when that didn't go well his language went south.

At what point do they stop calling? They are calling my school and harrasing them.

I got them to stop calling by blowing up their phone.  I just kept redialing and redialing.  During which time, I told them I had reported them to the Attorney General's Office.  Another number to watch out for is 8772467884.

I've received several calls from 855-846-4573 on my cell phone and at work. They also call from 877-246-7884 and 213-286-9999 It is the same gentleman calling from both #'s. At first he told me I had an outstanding balance on an account for $511.00 but would settle for $428.00. I asked him for paperwork on this account; however, he said he couldn't supply me with paperwork beforehand. He assured me that I would receive something after I paid the account via Western Union. He called me at least 10 times back to back on my work phone (thank goodness I have a direct extension). He then called and asked for the principal at my school and wouldn't get off the phone. I put him on hold, he hung up and called back several times. The man had a very heavy accent. I told him that I wasn't sending any money to anyone until I received paperwork. I am concerned because he has the last four of my social. Who know what other information he has?

Got a call today while I was out riding my bike from this numbert.  Left message.  Reading from a script.  Pronounced my name wrong.  Indian accent.  Recognized the voice from calls almost six months ago.  Stopped them then by promising to spend as much time as necessary hunting him down and screwing with his life.  Might be time to get nasty again.

I have received numerous calls from this number.  I do not answer calls from numbers that I do not recognize; I use my answering machine to screen calls.  I have had very threatening messages left for someone that doesn't live here and has never lived here.  I have had this number for 30 years.  The  threats left by Brad Nelson, include phrases such as "call us back for your safety" and "disregard this notice and things will get bad for you."  

My son called them back and told them that there was no one by that name at the given number; they said that they would not call back.  I called the number today to let them know that they had the wrong number and that I did not appreciate the harrassing calls.  The man whom I spoke with said that he was the supervisor, however when I began to tell the problem, he hung up on me.  Conveniently, the number remained busy when I repeatedly tried to call them again.

My husband got the 1st call at work asking for money for a payday loan that we never took out.  The man had a thick accent and when asked to produce ppwrk, he said he couldn't supply it.  My husband can be an ass when the time calls for it and he decided to be an ass...lol  The guy hung up on him when he kept asking for ppwrk showing who and what we owe.  Today, I get a call from the same person but I didn't answer.  He left a msg on my voice mail stating that I or my lawyer should call.  Wished me "good luck" if I decided to ignore them.  Ignorant [***].  I am not paying this [***] one dime.

i just listened to a vm from this number.  he said my name and that i lived in the state of Georgia, he then said he was calling about a case file against my daughter (who is a college student) he wanted me to not hesitate and call her right away ...now! and give her this number to call him back. if i could not reach her right away, i was to call him back.  i immediately googled this number and found all of your messages...  so glad we have this advantage. if he calls again, i will take everyones advice,,,I will announce that my husband is retired police (true) and i will state that if they do not stop calling my number i will file a police report for phone harrasment. by the way he also had a very thick accent that was very difficult to understand, sounded eastern indian.

This guy is a total idiot. They call constantly telling me I'm going to be arrested for a civil complaint and ask for my Atty.  I guess what schoolo he went to where they taught people get arrested for civil complaints ‘-)  

Never got around to asking for money because I just tell him he’s an idiot running a stupid scam. The only trouble is that somehow he has my phone number and calls constantly, which is annoying to say the least. If he keeps it up I’ll call and tie up his line but not worth it time wise. Wish I knew how jerks like this get information.
