Who is this

they say the name of the company is CCI but refused to mail me any documentation on what they were call me for. I told them to mail me documentation and I would call them back to discuss the matter. I must know what I am talking to you about. They refused.

They kept calling me and refused to tell me why. They knew my address but couldn't answer anything I asked. They just kept saying is this Jacqueline and kept repeating my adress. I said if you know all my info call my cell instead of my home phone. Apparently they don't have that information.

They call my cell every day, and never leave a message. I have no idea who they are or what they want.

I received a call from 8558490491 today but it kept silence after I answered the phone.  Then for about 10 seconds, it hanged up.

This number called and asked for my husband. I gave him the phone. A woman kept telling him she had a "business matter" to discuss with him. When she refused to tell him what was going on, she just kept repeating his name and an address  we are not familiar with, he gave me the phone. When she kept repeating his name and that odd address to me I told her "You are a scammer. You are a thief and are trying to scam us." She quickly said "Have a nice day." Then she hung up on me. I researched and found they collect debts, but we do not have any bad debts. Scammers in my book.

I received a phone call from this Penn. number.  I called back and learned that it is a debt collection agency.  I don't have any debts, so I think that they either called a wrong number or they are a scam....hoping to get an elderly person who would listen, get flustered, write a check, and mail it.  My next door neighbor who is 83 received calls like this and she would write a check.  Mailed them too.  Just block this number and if you have an elderly relative or friend, block it on their phone too.

This number called me today and said they were CCI saying I had a doctor appointment due...Scammers

This number called my work phone at 8 o'clock in the morning and took almost 5 seconds before they would even speak and quoted off an address in a different state and if I knew it.who are these people? I ended up hanging up on them because it sounded very suspicious they would not identify themselves only the first name Patricia

Someone called my phone, and said the right name. but the wrong address. I told them to identify herself, and did not offer to say her name. Just continue repeating my name, but if they are a collection agency. At the present time I do not have a debt in my credit report. This has to be a scammer.

They have harassed my 10 yr olds phone for well over 2 months. I have asked to STOP they never do. Again today they called I again asked to be removed as it's a ten yeat olds phone and she could not have any debts or whatever they were calling for and what do you know they called back after. I'm thru being nice...my next call will be my lawyer so next time just ask for Mr.Bong he will be the one assisting you and your harassment from here out. It's sad I have to take my child's well earned phone from her in the summer because I'm scared it's a child molester or someone scamming. Get a life and leave hard working folks alone. LAST WARNING I HOPE THE MAN WHO I JUST SPOKE TO READS THIS.

CCI has been calling my cell phone daily for the prev owner of this number. It's amazing how many answers you can get when you are polite and ask questions instead of demand them.

 Okay folks, here's the deal with CCI. CCI is a legitimate debt collection agency for Cellular phone carrier's; however, instead of just collecting recent debt, they are attempting to settle debts that are greater than 7 years old. Just because an item no longer appears on your credit report, doesn't mean that the negative balance has been paid. Generally, the company you owe will "Charge Off" the negative balance and a third party collection agency will buy the "Charge Off" debt for pennies on the dollar, then add finance charges, interest, & admin fees. The collection agency will then attempt to collect the original debt plus the added charges and if successful, make a substantial profit. Ask the representative for information about the "original debt" and if you remember having that account at the time they give you, ask for a settlement agreement in writing. NEVER pay or clear a debt WITHOUT PREVIOUSLY having a letter in writing stating the balance will be "SATISFIED UPON RECEIPT OR PAYMENT OF"!! Even though I don't have an account with CCI, I was sent a sample settlement letter in good faith for my research. Good luck to all of you and I hope this information helps.

Called my cell phone and identified himself as Joel from a contracting company in Georgia. Kept asking for my name and address. I asked for his company name and why he was calling and he said he needed my info first so I hung up. If he continues to call my cell phone I will report him and contact an attorney. It is illegal for collectors to call your cell phone, plus I don't have any outstanding debt.

They called my cell twice this morning

A woman asked for me by name and I told her that was me. She again asked for me and I said you are speaking to her. She then asked for my address and last 4 digits of my SS# to verify she had the right person. I told her that I don't give anyone any part of my SS# or address and NOT to call me again. I hung up and have not received any additional calls to this point.

Then called me and asked for my social number. Then got upset when u wouldn't give to her. She then said bye.

Called my Cell phone, and asked if I was P.L. but couldn't/ wouldn't explain what the call was about.

I received the same call. The caller ID said 800 Service. When I answered a recording or robot I guess asked if it was me and if not can I come to the phone so I hung up because if you took the time to call a human needs to be on the other end.
